What a great stop on a road trip! We grabbed sandwiches in town and ate them as we walked this site. It's a free park.In mid-May, the flowers were so beautiful! So many butterflies! Cacti were in full bloom! So many huge mosquitoes! Bring insect spray or just do what we did...move quickly and watch each other's backs!The site was great for getting a short walk in on a long drive and seeing some historical ruins.

Very cool. Short walking trail that winds through the fort. Old hospital and blacksmith labeled by signs. Very neat.

This was the perfect spot for a quick stop off of the interstate to look around and stretch our legs. The scenery was spectacular and we learned a little history! There are bathrooms onsite that were cleaner than expected for a location that isn’t staffed.

My husband and I enjoyed this stop bit our kids were less impressed. They wanted to go inside everything, which, of course, we did not let them do due to a host of safety concerns (snakes, building age, cacti, etc.). They did enjoy seeing the canon and the remains of the covered wagons.

There are other forts in Texas that are better preserved, such as Fort Davis and Fort Richardson. Glad someone is preserving the little there is left here (mainly chimneys). Beware of the grasshoppers.

Great to be able to see a little history!! Go at your own pace and get to view up close the remains of the fort.

It's pretty much a self guided tour of a fort from the mid 1800's ruins. There's the obvious next to the entrance building, but if you walk around and look you'll see it was quite the complex in its day!

Free and self-guided. No tours are available, so it's up to you to be your own guide. Pamphlets are available at the entrance to aid in your visit. WARNING: Be aware of the possibility of snakes during warmer weather.

Short and super easy hike around some ruins. The area is clean and well take care of. The ruins are really pretty and well preserved! The trail isn't super well marked, but easy enough to follow!

Beautiful and well-preserved piece of history! It was such a joy to visit and learn more about how the people who spent part of their lives at Fort Phantom Hill shaped westward expansion. Thank you to all who have helped preserve this treasure and maintained the grounds!

If you like Texas history this is a pretty cool place. It’s a lot bigger and more spread out than I was expecting. You have to really appreciate the ruins and the story behind them. Yes there are tons of spiders, grasshoppers, etc but it’s out in the country so you should expect that. Just walk around and enjoy the peace and quiet for about 30 minutes and just imagine it as a it were in 1850, a bustling military fort.

This was a beautiful old site for a fort that once stood here. It had many trails to walk and some of the structure is still there. It was so pretty in the spring time with all the wildflowers blooming. They also had very clean bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Overgrown grass on paths that doesn't exist properly. Unkept signs and the pavilion was covered in an extreme amount of spiders and egg sacks. But over all it's a must stop. Kids will love the experience.

Fun little nature center with indoor and outdoor things to see. Small children's garden has a dinosaur dig area which my daughter really enjoyed. They also have paved and unpaved trails to explore.

Such a fun place to visit! They had a lot of kid activities to do for free once inside. Several cool things to see inside as well as informative signs. Kevin (I think was his name) was so informative and shared information with us that we didn't know. The butterfly area was really cool! We liked learning about the ferrets and watching them play. There is a paved and non paved trail, both are just as fun to walk on. The signs along the trail are very informative. Tons of squirrels along the trail and it was fun looking for animal tracks in the dirt part of the trail. Be cautious if there has been a lot of rain recently, the wild side trail looks as though it gets rather wet and muddy. The children's garden is nice as well along with the dino dig area.

Had a lovely day out with the kids! We went on a weekday so it wasn't crowded and was guided by the nicest employee. They went above and beyond explaining all the critters, scientific names and their origin stories. All in all we loved it and can't wait to visit again.

I visited the River Bend Nature Center today. It was a very enjoyable and informative place. The young man working showed us around telling us about all the indoor exhibits. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I wish I had gotten his name to thank him personally.If you are looking for a fun place to learn about the animals and plants native to this area, you should come visit. There are lots of activities for kids. Plus plenty of places for adults to sit and relax.

A great place to visit even if you aren't with your children, or grandchildren. The staff are knowledgeable and so happy to help and explain everything to you.So much fun to see animals up close. While there on this visit, I saw the bull snake preparing to shed it's skin and when touched acted like a rattlesnake.Even saw a roadrunner up close.The butterfly enclosure was also great to be able to go to even though it was a cool day and the butterflies were all settled and resting.

Excellent gem to take a walk around. The employees were all friendly and really wanted to show off their native creatures. It was a wonderful break on our journey.

A wonderful experience for our 4 year old. She absolutely loved the activities. Kevin was a fantastic host. He gave us a tour and introduced us to many creatures. He was extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed ourselves.

What a gem! This is definitely a place worth visiting if in the area. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to share information, lots of local wildlife, and a butterfly area. Nice short walking trail through the woods with lots of educational signs.

Lucy Park is always a good option to either go walk, play disc golf or to just go feed the ducks at the duck pond. The walking trail is a loop, a little over a mile I think maybe more and the walk to the falls is a short one depending where you park. It's a nice casual park with open fields in the center and plenty of benches with pavilions and two separate basket ball courts. It is well kept and there is also a playground area for you to take you kids to play and swing. The picture of the falls I posted was taken and edited by me personally and doesn't look like that in real life.

This is a beautiful park. Very peaceful with walking trails, shade trees, disc golf, pool, basketball, and you can feed the ducks. There's a lot to do and it's huge, but my favorite thing was the swinging bridge.

What a great city park! Highly recommend if you are in Wichita Falls.The park has walking trails, disk golf, picnic tables, and grills. We did 2 miles of walking (full circle to the waterfall and back) and had a picnic.

I spend a great deal of time walking all the trails here with my fur buddy. When I first moved to WF people warned me about shady characters around there that can hang out. Honestly I have more at other places in town and all the people I have encountered have been nice and pleasant. Get out and enjoy one this town's best parks!

The park is located a short distance from the highway. We stopped for an impromptu picnic under a well built shaded area in the park. Then followed the signs down a nice wide sidewalk to see the falls. It was better in person than online pictures led us to believe. The park is fairly clean and has other amenities like a pool, playground, and large seating areas.

I had a difficult time finding the entrance closest to the waterfall. But it was worth it when I did. Very nice and wide bike/walking concrete trail. Definitely recommend this free attraction

Very nice park too enjoy a beautiful day. There are lots of party areas for the kids and great trails to get some steps. From the rope bridge over the creek to the artsy structures along the trails. There is something here for everyone!

Lucy park, a childhood staple. Lots of memories here with my grandparents who lived in Wichita falls. Beautiful scenario, nice walks, a community pool, multiple playgrounds and music area. Walking down Lucy park every Thanksgiving and summer while visiting my grandparents as a child was always a beautiful experience. Now as an adult with kids on my own, I get to really enjoy walking and enjoy the large trees and scenery while my kids are playing. This place will always have a special place in my heart. ❤️

Loved this place, the waterfalls were awesome and it was a nice little hike around the park! We had a blast and it was great for an afternoon walk!

Truly a lovely respite place. Being able to watch the ducks and geese through the seasons and raise their offspring is a joy. The Park is kept clean, though it does take help from the public. The lilypads return every summer and grow as big as platters. Frogs, turtles, fish all in the pond. And it's often graced with the presence of a blue heron. One of my faves for a quiet breakfast spot to start the day.

This is our go to park in Wichita Falls. The duck pond is nice to visit. The Circle trail is always a pleasant walk or bike ride. We've made several videos on our YouTube channel about Luck park and the Circle trail. @BubbasBigAdventures if you'd like to watch some of those.

Huge, beautiful park. Lots to look at. The cottonwood trees are breathtaking. Lots of wildlife. Looks like a great place to have children's birthday parties etc. We don't have young children so it was my husband & I. Make sure you seek out the old suspension bridge and take a stroll down to the falls, the walk isn't too bad and it's well worth it.

Get my kiddos a place to unwind at the park and then to finish of the day we walk from there to the falls and back. Also they have a neat little pond with ducks on the opposite end from the falls. Great area for a run. I do hope it gets better on the stations ( pull-up, Dips, etc)

This place is interesting... Basically it has multiple permanent structures that act as a setting for a long-running Easter pageant (99 years In 2024). The chapel itself is beautiful, but other than that it is more of some grounds for the Easter story play. It is free to visit, however throughout the property there are no signs explaining anything (history, biblical story, etc.). Definitely a unique tourist attraction, and it doesn't take very long to walk through (30-45 minutes).

Such a neat place to visit and love that is supported only by donations. The buildings are so unique. It feels like you are stepping back in time. There is a cute gift shop also with all kinds of fun and different souvenirs or just items anyone would want. They also do an Easter Pagant every year and have for many many years.

Quite a moving place! They have such beautiful unique stone architecture, they set up little stations re-inacting Mount Olive where Jesus was crucified, they ahev a chapel you can have weddings at for around $300 or so. They have a stone figure of Jesus and a stone actually from MT Olive carved into the statue pillar.It's very peaceful and quite. They have a nice lovely gift shop. You can walk the grounds and look at everything some buildings you can actually go up in. :)

Oh man was this place super nice but in def need of some love and supervision to help maintain the site. Bathrooms were nice camp style setup and the views are BREATH TAKING...The statue with the rock from The Mount of Olives in Jeresulem is beautifully built and is def what one needs in a world like this. This was a site that gave you a view of what the city from history looked like at the time. My wife and I were blessed to have the opportunity to visit this place of reverence.

An outdoor space created for the Passion Play unique to the Wichita Mountain. There are several "stage" areas created for the telling of Jesus’ birth to resurrection if you have a chance to watch it. Otherwise, it is worth visiting and simply sit down and enjoy the surrounding vista, including a statue of Jesus.

This place is kept up gorgeously. The lady who runs the gift shop is so friendly and helps you find other things in the area to go do and see. Had a wonderful time and if I'm in the area again I will definitely go there

Was a great place we enjoyed ourselves and walked into a man proposing to his girlfriend. My husband took their family pics they were both so happy wishing them a blessed future.

I wanted to check this place out, but it was closed when I came through the area. I took this picture from a distance since it was the best I could do under the circ*mstances. I found after the fact that it doesn't open until later in the afternoon on the weekends, so something to keep in mind if you're going out of your way to see this place like I was. I had thought it was just an open site you could visit while checking out the refuge - my fault for not looking into it further. 3 stars in an attempt at giving it a neutral view ;)

A unique experience in the Wichitas that is definitely worth stopping by. We felt as if we were in a different era while we were here.The cobblestone architecture is unique, and we enjoyed climbing up the restored structures. The chapel has a lot of history and is adorned with paintings all over. The city overlooks the hilly landscape of the Wichita Mountains. There is a small gift shop worth checking out.The parking is huge and there is a restroom on site.

I learned from work about this place and let me tell you. You will not be disappointed. Very family friendly. My children and I visited twice once to explore. And second to watch the Easter pageant.

This place was so interesting. There is a lot of buildings constructed out of native stone. The displays were unique and interesting. It is worth a tour. There is too much to take in, in just one trip. I will return the. Ext time I am in the area.

Awesome place!! You have to go! My 14 year old daughter and I stopped on our way to the wildlife refuge. She said this was the best part of her day. The gift shop is great and the museum is definitely worth your time. Very impressed. Great staff! Awesome tornado simulation. We really enjoyed it.

I lived here a while without going because I thought a museum would be too grown up for my 6 year old twins and 4 year old, but this is an interactive hands on museum that kids can enjoy too. We got the membership and plan to visit all of the OMN museums in Oklahoma. They even have crafts. There are dinosaurs there currently but I think that exhibit will change. We spent a couple hours and plan to go back every now and then and get the most use out of the membership. Go early if you want to get there before the crowds on weekends.

I was very impressed with this museum. I guess I expected a dry, old school museum. But my five and seven year olds very much enjoyed the fact that at least every other exhibit had something to make or hands-on do. They equally enjoyed the kids play items upstairs as much as the history stuff downstairs. We were there for 3 1/2 hours and we probably could’ve made it way more than four if we had brought lunch and taken a lunch break.

Really get to know the history, and have great interaction for adults and kids alike! The tornado exhibit is a must! If you miss it just ask for it as you will see what looks like "stuff" piled up but walk behind it and you go into a shelter. Press the button to begin the presentation and HANG ON!There is an entry fee but well worth it.

It was alright. I think it kind of diminished what Native people went through by saying the buffalo were killed almost to extinction for land clearing. The buffalo were killed to starve the Indians and force them onto reservations, all for settlers to take their land. That part is important to remember.While there is a lot of settlers' history in this museum, I did see a lot of Native art and beadwork and Geronimo's walking cane that he carved. I loved the black and white photographs, I think they're in the Tingley collection. The beadwork was also exquisite. I also learned about Maria Tallchief, the first Native American prima ballerina. I didn't know about her accomplishments and when I saw her black and white display, I was a little starstruck. My daughter and I are Native American, and she happens to love ballet so learning about Maria Tallchief was great.The upstairs is dedicated almost entirely to kids, so I would say it's a very kid friendly museum. My 3 year old daughter loved the big Lite Briteon the wall, the sensory room with all sorts of things to climb and buttons to push and big foam blocks to play with. There were also some fossils you can touch in this museum and my daughter loved those too.For my 3 year old daughter and I to visit, we paid $18 for the both of us to enter. I liked it well enough and would bring my daughter back.

It's a great museum with lots of interactive elements geared toward kids of all ages.

The less travelled path of Oklahoma, a museum for all ages. With an extensive collection of Native American artifacts, each comes with informative description, or at least speculation, you can easily spend hours without realizing. In fact, the museum has acquired a lot of Native American merchandise from a shop that is already out of business. Furthermore, the exhibits related to the sorrow and sufferings of Native Americans due to forceful displacement are touching. Once scattered across the country, but was confined to a "reservation" known as the land of unorganized territory, the homes of Native Americans further shrank after allotment with the surplus open to settlement at the beginning of the 20th century. This is the sad history of Oklahoma.Another aspect worth noting is that there are lots of interactive exhibits for children to enjoy, including a plastic bison from which younger visitors can learn about anatomy, and a mini archeological experience providing a glimpse of what uncovering artifacts is like. My niece didn't want to leave.

A good stop for an hour or more. Very interesting information about the area and it's history. I also enjoyed an entertaining "tornado" shelter experience. They also have outdoor exhibition with old nice steam engine! Finally, the lawn in front it populated with Prarie Dogs, it's funny to watch them.

We stayed in Lawton for the night and looked up what to do there. I found this museum, so we decided to check it out. I'm glad we did. The staff was wonderful. The museum was very informative. If you have children, there were a lot of fun interactive things for them to do. If you want to get a feel for what it was like as the great plains developed, then you should visit this museum. We only had 2 hours, you probably need to allow at least 4 hours, especially if you have children. We had my 94 year old mom with us, and she enjoyed it and was able to get around just fine.

Simply remarkable. A real experience for all ages from 6months to 99 years old. I am so happy we came here. We will be back.

When we visited it had been raining a lot. Apparently, they need some roof work because there were tarps over many displays and large buckets to catch the water. Nice smallish museum. The tornado exhibit is great.

Large, modern, informative museum. See what it's like to be in a shelter as a tornado hits, explore the largest satellite map I've ever seen! Be sure to read the exhibits, many of them had multiple flip-throughs to read. I only docked one star because many of the outside exhibits were under construction (10/2023). An added bonus was the Prairie Dog colony that surrounded the museum. Hundreds of the little critters would bark their warnings at us if we got too close. They would duck for cover at about 50 feet. Cute!

What a great place, with all of the hands on activities your kids will love it. The tornado simulator maybe a bit much for younger children but as for the rest it's a must. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The souvenir store was a bit small and as a result it didn't offer much. Overall it's a place where learning is fun.

The area outside was beautiful too, with hundreds of prairie dogs!Small fee but lots of hands on interaction activities.

The museum has added space since it first opened about two decades ago. The displays are excellent, take your children or visiting relatives. The gift shop has wonderful merchandise, not only craft supplies, but also books and tapes, wallets, blankets, and so much more. Enjoy your visit!

Small but high quality museum focused on the history and culture of the Comanche Nation. The gallery included historical artifacts from the 1800's through the present day, as well as art created by current tribal members. There is no cost to enter, and the gift shop has a good selection of items. The museum is located near the Museum of the Great Plains and visiting both would make for a good afternoon out.

This was a treat for me as I am drawn to Native American art and culture. So much history., yet it was just like yesterday. Visiting and learning about First Nations fills my heart and touches my spirit. The grounds where the museum is located is in town, yet feels far away and serene. Also, I was greeted and bid farewell by prairie dogs that burrow around the museum grounds !!! Very cool experience.

We had a fantastic time at the museum. It's very interactive, and while we were a group of 3 adults, we were pressing all the buttons and climbing inside teepees and learning so much. This really is a must see in my opinion, if you like to have a bit of fun while learning new things and seeing interesting stuff.

This is really small but well done. If you need to spend 30-60 minutes in Lawton then swing by. There is a photo option to wear a buffalo hide and some history items and art. For how small it was I enjoyed it.

Update:They are setting up new exhibits.Old New:They had a lovely exhibit about Comanche peoples. it taught a lot about the life of the Comanche peoples, and the duties of: the family members, and tribe members... from history. They had complete wheelchair access: parking, restrooms, Museum, and Gift Shop. The only small issue was they didn't have the automatic doors to make bring someone in a wheelchair in easier.It was clean, educational, and it had AC. parking and entry are FREE.

Nice ambience, peaceful. Depicts details about Comanche native Americans. While I was reading i started thinking we are all the same beings in quest for truth in different ways. In Hindu tradition it's called "Ekam Sat Vipra Bahuda Vadanthi" meaning the same truth but wise man express it in different ways.

It is FREE to enter. It is small. However, I enjoyed it. It is a very nice little museum and I was welcome by very nice employees.

I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone interested in native American culture and history or just good solid history in general. The exhibits were of very high quality and the facility and staff very pleasant. A true gem of historical and cultural significance!I recommend leaving a donation. They offer this high quality experience freely, and we should help them keep it running and expanding.

It's a great, little museum of Comanche history. They have an excellent display about the WWII Comanche Code Talkers, the native soldiers who helped defeat the Nazis by giving information to the troops in Comanche. The Nazis had no idea how to break the "code", because it was a full language that most of the world had never encountered. Everyone was friendly. Their COVID protocols are awesome. They ask for your vaccine card, if you have one, and take your temperature before allowing you in. If you don't have a vaccination card, they ask you to wear a mask.

Very small area for table games and I had to pay commission on blackjack. Dealers were all nice and professional as were the supervisors. I had a fun time losing my money. co*cktail service was slow and ended early as drinks are not available 24/7, but the girl was nice and I appreciated the coffees she was able to bring out. The place looked clean. Players club employee could have been a bit more pleasant and welcoming. Will be back next time I visit the area.

Lovely weekend getaway! The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Cute casino and hotel! Was a bit smaller than I've been to. However, lots of games and great variety. Highly recommend it for a weekend getaway.

The smells from whatever that stuff they spray since COVID started is just awful and makes u sick. Stop spraying it. It has chemicals.in it. Just saying.i would rather smell cigarette smoke. At least tone it down to a normal level. Or use something less smelly. It gets in your clothes. Etc. some of us don't like it and prevents us from going. hardcore gamblers don't like those smells.

Beautiful Hotel and Casino. Well priced based on other hotels in the area. Spacious and clean rooms, very friendly staff across the board. Centrally located close to downtown Lawton and many restaurants. The restaurants inside the casino are wonderful, not overpriced and offer a variety of delicious options. The casino is clean and offers gaming on both a smoking and non smoking floor. The casino staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a great experience all the way around. There were no big winnings for us, that goes for most of the casinos we've visited. It's chicken one day and feathers the next, a true gamble! I highly recommend this beautiful Apache Hotel and Casino.

Gaming floor is great. A good selection of games. Beverage service is lacking, hard to find a floor server. Stand in line at the bar for 5 plus minutes. Tell the bartender service is not very good. Then she said I don't have to serve you if you are going to have an attitude. I was not rude I simply made my feelings know. Not the friendliest Beverage staff.

So disappointed! Came for an event in their large banquet hall. The food was payed for, yet the servers stood at the door and stopped people from taking food home. They said "it is our health and safety code". I understand policy, but each person from the event manager to the to the servers acted like it was TSA. They were stopping people at the door asking them if they had pie. Additionally, Sandi, the banquet manager lacked any professionalism. I was there to perform for the event and was told by herself, to be there for sound check between 8-9am. I showed up and then she told me there was no equipment. I have performed all over the country and even in the NFL arena, yet I was not allowed in the green room to get ready and was told by Sandi that I was "not a $14,000 band" and I didn't warrant use of the green room. She did however offer the public bathroom to me. Mind you I showed up for sound check and was not yet show ready. No one accommodated me or offered a solution. I never requested a motel room yet she told me twice I cannot have one. I have never been treated with such disdain at any venue I have performed in. I am highly disappointed and left feeling less than welcome. I was treated like I was a bother to them. This was a 400 + guest seat event and you would think we snuck in. Take your business elsewhere. And while I am all for supporting Native American businesses, I do not recommend this place.

The service was great. No one had a bad attitude. Everyone was nice even when they had to teach you a game. Of course, that's because they want you money, but that's all businesses, so them being nice was a plus. The food was good. I dropped a star because I wanted to lose some money on craps and couldn't because the table was closed. I know it's petty but I came to play what I came to play. I know I was early and probably most casinos do that ok 4.5 stars.

I do not write many reviews but the Apache Casino & Hotel definitely deserved my time writing one. We have stayed at almost all the casino hotels in Oklahoma and after last night's stay at Apache, it has become one of our top 3. Casino and hotel are very clean, easily accessible to all areas, and the staff was very friendly. I don't know how they train their staff but they should be sharing their secret with other casinos to follow. One of the best parts of our stay was the bed in the room. Most hotel beds hurt my back but their beds are perfect. I also usually take extra pillows into hotels, but again, Apache rose above the norm and gave you more than enough pillows. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had at a casino (and not because we won, because we didn't!). We are looking forward to our next visit.

So... I went thinking this would be the typical Oklahoma Tribal Casino. Typical as in "All the money spent on the floor of the Casino and very little on the restaurant and hotel." What I found was the opposite. It was like 'a well-dressed person wearing ready flip flops.' And the casino was the flip flops. Rooms were very affordable, amazingly spacious, comfortable and very clean. I wish I could say the same for the casino, but sadly I cannot..

Haven't experienced the motel or food area yet. I've had the best experience with the Casino and the staff. They are all very courteous and very respectful. They've assisted me when needed and been very informative about upcoming events and promotions as well. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

I must start out by şaying I was very disappointed in my first experience at the hotel/ casino. Our room was only a 5 out of 10 regarding cleaning. There was no room service due to staffing issues. The casino staffing was a major issue, which resulted in zero drinks orders offered at the gaming tables we visited during our stay. I saw 1 co*cktail waitress in my 2 days... and she never made it to our gaming table.After talking with management, it was apparent they had a major staffing shortage. So, be prepared for numerous offerings to not be available. Very few of the gaming tables were staffed either.We were happy with the staff we encountered during our stay and had no complaints regarding the staff. But we will be driving elsewhere on our next casino outing to hope and have the expected experience you want from a gaming establishment.

So far, very nice casino hotel, with clean, large comfy beds but no microwaves in the rooms only refrigerators. Beautiful artwork with a #Geronimo statue in the foyer when you walk in. Large gaming floor, lots of slot machines and spacious.

We ate in the 360 restaurant. It was delicious. The pork dumplings were excellent, my chicken fried steak was as big as the plate and Jay's steak kabobs absolutely delicious. We are happy customers! Thank you for an enjoyable meal in a nice atmosphere. The wait staff was incredibly attentive.

Absolutely terrible. Racist against any employess who aren't native. Do not train correctly. Do not make sure you have correct license to serve or handle alcohol. Use and abuse employees. Show very much favoritism. Employees are great. Food and beverage supervisor Hillary is horrid.

I was in town for a funeral and although all the staff was nice the room was not the best. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There were pieces of dog food everywhere from maybe the person before us idk? Also what kind of hotel doesn't have a microwave? I am on a strict diet and brought a lot of food with me. I wasn't able to eat most of it because there was no way to heat it and it went to waste. I don't see myself staying here again in the future.

We stayed 2 nights. I wish a little more attention was made by house keeping. The bathroom floor had hairs stuck under the leg of the vanity and around the toilet. I'm not trying to be picky but it was not a couple hairs. The staff we came in contact with were awesome .We will stay again in June when we return to Lawton...

I always stay here on my trips back and forth between Tulsa and Texas. Wonderful rooms and service. Plus with the casino you always have a place to grab something to eat. Also it's nice they included a type C charging port on both sides of the bed. They even give you chocolate mints. The friendly staff and extra touches make this a great place to relax and destress.

Personally, I don't gamble, but when taking my aged in-laws there I found out not all casinos are equal. My in-laws say the ones they used to go to where they lived in Mississippi paid off much better. I saw first hand all the disappointed looks of people there for a good time.In my humble opinion: I don't think casinos, as smart as they are, realize that if they let people win more during their play they would enjoy it more? Of course, they can keep their profit margins, they have to make being in business worthwhile, but letting the people feel they got their money's worth by more payouts during longer plays while at the machine would create a win-win situation. They probably would not cash out if they were ahead because they were having fun.The way it is now, from personal observation, those machines suck the money from players so fast they get little pleasure. As an observer, at least during the week, I have not seen anyone who looks happy. Yes, they still come. Perhaps it is because they don't know how much better it can be. The more fun they have and if they feel they get their money's worth, they will come back more often and will tell others. Then more players would come. The more players, the profits will be greater. I know people who will not go to the casinos because they say it's not worth it. Some feel they lose money quicker than a stock downturn.

It was my first time there. Friendly atmosphere, excellent table games, live band upstairs. Clean restroom. Easy play slot machines. I definitely will return.

Clean and comfortable, service is top notch. The casino is also well kept but the slot machines are not loose, that's for sure. We stayed on the fist floor and appreciate that you must key in to get to the rooms. It is noisy and wakes me up, but it's a good safety feature. We like the hotel and whenever we are on this side of town visiting family, we will be staying here. Just doubt we will gamble anymore here.

I enjoyed the casino immensely. I didn't stay in the hotel, I just went to the casino. It was smaller than I thought it would be but that was better than some of the big casinos I've been to. The people working there were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go again. PS I won $100 so I was very excited about that. 😊

Truly like going here and the environment as well as the employees are always polite and helpful. They also have free hot chocolate and other drink for their customers. Truly recommend if you just eat a breather and to get away

This is a cute casino! Tables and slots. Clean, inviting and good 90s music. Had senior dinner special. Bar upstairs in nice. $5 tables made the night last a while.

This was a great location for our training session. The rooms were nice; more so than some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed at during my traveling experiences. I hope we have training sessions at this location again in the future. They do need to add electric vehicle chargers, however, as Lawton is a bit of a wasteland in that regard.

Just a small town casino. Quaint in its own way. Business rarely takes him me up towards Lawton, but decided to give this casino a try. Enjoyed playing alone a Thursday night, but went on the following Saturday night when apparently the yokels were out. Not a pleasant experience the second time around, and not a good match for me personally. Not my vibe or kind of people (low class mostly), and payouts aren’t aligned with my play-style.The workers were mostly friendly though, so can’t complain on that front, for whatever value someone else might find in that.Won’t ever be back.I like doing self-bans, a 10 year in this case, as I like firm decision-making. I only left about 1,500-2,000 dollars ahead of the casino, but it is at least permanently ahead of the Apache casino, which is a rare win for any “casino consumer.” Even 50,000 dollar jackpots are honestly chump change and meaningless in a casino environment, and anyone with any experience and common sense could easily attest to the fact. You will eventually lose every dollar in time (unless you stopped gambling), and know people that have lost a lot more than that in a single night, regardless of what one “believes.”The “thrill of the cheap chase” is truly idiotic, as it’s always a loss to the gambler in the long run, and a win to the provider of the services (casino) in the long run. However, I recommend everyone get a taste of gambling to get first hand experience, as there is simply no good substitute for actual experience (which adds an emotional and intuitive component to logic).

This casino is trash. A lot of the machines are inactive. The slots also seem to be pretty tight I have been several times and gave the machines a fair amount of money to come away with nothing. The actual casino could be cleaner. The hotel and other families are much nicer than the casino. I drive a pretty good ways for a pleasant experience and have never had one. 😔

I had so much fun at Riverwind tonight! The first machine I put $20 into I hit for $150. My fiancé decided to try the machine next to me and he hit for around $140. Then after spending another $60 I hit for another $120 and my fiance hit for another $153! All in all we had a lot of fun. They have a huge selection of slots to choose from, and although the tables were pretty full we could have found one or two to play at should we have wanted to do that. I also liked how there was at least 1 place still open to eat at when we were done at around 130am ( Burger King). There are a lot of restrooms all around so you don't have to look far when ya gotta go. The ONLY thing I didn't like is that we had such a hard time trying to find even ONE cashier so we could get our change that we ended up just leaving it behind after a good 10 minutes of walking around and looking. But Other than that we had A-blast. We were also able to park pretty close to the entrance so all in all I would say this casino should be a definite go to if you are in the mood to play. Two thumbs up from me!

Super expensive unless you only want crab.It was the worst buffet I've ever experienced.They have a line undeserving long. That's probably why they don't care about ...anything there was weird prome rib that seemed like precooked boil in the bag meat. The pork was dryer than dry looking shreds. No chicken at all and soggy fish and chips. There were very few sides and a lame salad bar. And to finish it a lame desert bar. At least it was above pig slop. For $39.99 it was a waste of money for me And for a casino...shame on your greedy penny pinching managment.

That fact we were able to reserve my favorite room and it was available when we arrived was awesome. However she did inform us she could not promise us the room. New TV and some other things we notice from our last visit were fixed a+ Just wish they would decide putting in the microwave. Chips and Alyse is partly the reason they're not getting five stars and the coffee seems to be weak this go around. I will be back though.

I did the all you can eat buffet on Saturday, which includes snow crab legs. Everything was delicious I got there around 6pm it was about a hour wait, but it was worth it. I mainly ate crab legs, the fried shrimp was good as well as the catfish. I saved a little room for desert, which I chose the bread pudding with carmel and vanilla sauce, but they had alot of options for $45. I will definitely be back 😁. If you get the Riverwind card you save $6

Really did not spend much time in Casino on this cold and wet day. Grounds leading into side entrance was littered with trash. A Landscaping brick unglued. Receptionist at guest counter was helpful issuing a new card & verifying new address from Driver's license. All total played four different slots. The Wicked Wheel was fun & kept me in the game. Ate a steak sandwich from IHOP located in food court. Steak might have been lean beef but appeared to be ground hamburger meat. Riverwind is a nice place to go for entertainment and fun.

We stopped to eat since we were on the highway driving to spend time with the kids. It was on Christmas Day, so it was the only place to really have a meal other than burgers or hotdogs from gas stations m. The buffet was excellent!

We came here on a Saturday evening to grab some crab legs and spend some money. The line to the buffet was incredibly long. We waited 2+ hours in line, and we had to give up near the end, because it was near closing time. The Riverwind Casino Wild Card holder has a benefit of being placed close to the front of the line, so it pushed regular people back a lot. The place was filled with smoke, and I ended up leaving the place with my clothing reeks of cigarettes, and it ended up contaminating my car too. The place needs better air ventilation and filtration to deal with those smell.One major kudos for this place is that their parking lot was well lit and organized. I felt safe walking and talking with my friend in the parking lot. It was also to find my party, because the parking was well labeled.

Went there with a group of friends last night. They are doing some remodeling but it doesn't appear to be affecting peoples fun. People seemed to be having a great time. They have a large selection of slot games. There are ATM's and bathrooms, a bar area in the center, a smoking area with card tables, roulette (table & electronic), and slots as well as a non-smoking play area. This was only my 3rd time in a Casino but it seemed great to me. There were employees constantly cleaning, waitresses walking by about every 15-20 minutes checking on people, and techs checking machines. The customer service lady was friendly, efficient, and professional all in one which was perfect! I would visit again.

Riverwind Casino offers ample winning opportunities, although the lack of a non-smoking section might be a concern for some. My experience included both victories and losses. The casino itself exudes an aged ambiance, yet hints at ongoing renovation efforts. However, the extent of modernization remains questionable. On-site dining options are available, albeit slightly pricier than typical establishments. Complimentary beverages like water and soda are offered near the entrance upon request.

This place always has new machines and constantly updating. Friday all you can eat steak is wonderful..steak is tender and juicy…

This review is for the Showplace Theater only. We love going to see concerts here. The intimacy you have here with the artists is amazing, and the sound is spot on. We have seen several shows here and have not been disappointed. The prices at the bar are very reasonable too. I just wish they could find a way to book more talent.

Best casino I have been to in New Mexico/Oklahoma/Arizona . You can drink on the floor. Plenty of gaming area. Slots keep you playing for a while. Didn’t take your money like other casinos.

I like the layout of this casino. They have several restaurants and a few have gf options. There is also a smoke free area which is awesome. I wish they would have some more rock concerts this year for the beats and bites concerts. They seem to have all country music this year. I went last year and really enjoyed it being outside and the weather was great!

I would leave a 10 star if i could. I drive a truck for a living. The truck parking that is provided is a great service to us truckers! Free, lighted, and secure. They ask for nothing in return. I live in Norman and have spent some money at the casino, but that is never a question, if you need to park, you park! But when I parked today they gave me laminated sheet that said occupied on one side. Security guard told me that if I was going to be staying in my truck over night to place the occupied sign out so if severe weather came they would get me out of the truck and get me to shelter! What a blessing! Nice to be showed some care! Thank you Riverwind!

I've been to riverwind a few times now. They have ample parking. It's a great outdoor venue for concerts and apparently they have plenty of parking for RV space behind the building. Have not been to the casino yet but I'm sure it is very nice inside the venue. Staff are knowledgeable and nice when it comes to the concerts.

I did not visit the casino floor or game. I attended Jo Koy stand up. He was funny. However the venue was essentially a ballroom with chairs set up as a theater. It seemed to be old fashion. The good news is that the venue is small enough to have a decent seat even if you end up in section 201 and above. One thing I disliked was the bar closing just before the main show started. That really sucks bcz I was parched the entire show. 😕 Next time I know to sneak water in. Lol.

Small local casino with an equally small hotel attached, in a cornfield next to a highway.Typical casino, nothing special or horrible about it. You give them money and you leave. Small food court with major fast food chains, and one sit-down restaurant with decent and GENEROUS portions. The buffet is only open for limited days of the week, so I didn't try it.The hotel side is also your normal hotel. They offer coffee and juice in the lobby, but that is about it besides a vending machine or two. They do not have a pool, or fitness center, but the business center has a PC and printer.Parking is ample and the service was average. The room was nice with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and TV. The view is either the cornfield or Mcdonald's and marshy area in the distance.Now cleanliness is another thing. The refrigerator was visibly dirty, and the bottom two shelves were sticky to the point that I just left my items there when I left.The shower curtain didn't reach the tub, so water soaked the floor every time I used it. The shower drain was "stuck", but with a little effort it, along with a ton of hair came right up!

This was a lot of fun, and the best part was meeting Nance, who, after telling her it was our first time visiting, gave us a tour in the bone section. She had personally been on several digs herself along with years at some of the best museums. She was knowledgeable and funny and made the experience that much more fun.Besides that, the rest of the museum was awesome and educational, and we had an excellent time. Can't wait to go back with the kids.

We drove down from Tulsa to visit with our 3 1/2 year old because he’s very into dinos right now. The museum itself is very nice and clean. Tons to look at but even more to read. If you’re a reader this is a great museum for you. There is a kids discovery room that was very hands-on and interactive - great for the kids to take a break and play. The gift shop is wonderful too, they even have some $1.50 dinosaurs & bugs which was a nice surprise as usually museum gift shops can be expensive. All in all it was a great museum & I wish I’d had more time to explore and read but my 3 year old was ready to move on pretty quickly so I think we will wait & try to visit again when he’s a little older. If we were local we would visit more often!

Amazing experience here with my children. Every exhibit fascinated my young kids and you could truly see their little brains absorbing all of the information. There is some thing here for every age and level of education and I’m really thankful that we visited. The staff , However, made our experience an absolute five-star experience. The people at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, but the lady in the gift shop likely left us with such a great impression of the museum. She was so helpful in finding my children the stickers that they wanted, and going to look for shirt sizes for our youngest because he loved the design. I’ve never seen someone go above and beyond to make my family and my children feel like they were so special for just wanting to buy a T-shirt. Thank you for not only pouring into educating the community, spending so much time putting together these exhibits, but also hiring such great people to be the face of this amazing museum.

There was hardly anyone there and it’s a holiday weekend. My kids enjoyed the discovery center. There were family restrooms with baby changing stations which made diaper changes easy. Very spacious and lots of exhibits with interactive stations for toddlers and older children. They offer veteran and active duty discounts for admission. 3 and under were free.

Dinosaurs once walked through Oklahoma’s landscape and we can experience and explore the impact they had on our planet. Explore more about dinosaurs and how they evolved and lived by visiting Sam Noble Oklahoma museum of natural history. Interactive learning!

Displays were very informative and awe inspiring. The gift shop is priced at about eight times an items worth, disappointed in that.

Really enjoyed visiting the museum with my granddaughter who regaled us with all her 5 year old knowledge of dinosaurs (and she knows everything). There is way too much to see and do in one visit so we are considering getting a membership so she can return as often as she wants. And she will have to take her Pop-Pop with her.

It has lots of different sections there's an art section and a bunch of animal in nature sections there's also a store section where you can buy a bunch of different Little Things a gift shop. There's also a cave on Story 2 that you can go inside of it tells you about stalactites and stalagmites and a whole bunch of other things inside of case hanging from the top of the caves on the first floor there's a giant man with a statue of a man holding a spear that's pretending to be about to kill Mammoth.

Well worth the admission fee, easily spent almost 3 hours in here looking through every exhibit. We especially appreciate the dinosaurs but the advantage they took in creating these spaces is amazing.

We had an absolute blast my daughter has been wanting to see dinosaur bones and this was only an hour and a half from our house. Spent a good 3 hours looking at everything and just enjoying ourselves. Large Variety in their gift shop also. Great place to visit for adults and kids.

This is one of, if not the best, Natural History Museum I have ever had the pleasure of visiting in my life. Clean, educational, entertaining, and beautiful, just stunning. Never crowded! Has a simple, but fun gift shop as well! Thumbs up all around! Norman/OKC is definitely one of the best places to visit for attractions similar to this.

I recently got hired to draw caricatures at this place... I love the energy there... It was easy to do my job... Because of the great staff and the good feelings I experienced while I was there.... There are so many great spectacles to view. I was also very impressed with how everything looked...This place makes the museum experience very exciting... I was drawing in front marble dinosaur that had to be about 20 feet tall.... That was awesome... I felt like a kid all over again while I was doing my grown up passion....It was an overall great experience for me....

A great museum to enjoy some dinosaur bones, cool artifacts, and walk around for an hour or two. Wasn't too crowded for a Sunday visit. Paid about $13 for each person, no discounts. Plenty of parking, small walk to the entrance. Saw some fun things in the gift shop. Always love seeing the statues.Had an interesting limited time exhibit for kiddos there as well!

Fantastic to have this nearby. Fascinating information about prehistoric Oklahoma. Give yourself plenty of time to read and learn.

A very nice look into the wildlife and First People of the local area. had very clever and informative displays and the 'Dinovator' was very well executed. unfortunately couldn't stay as long as I'd have liked because the entire main hall reeked of gasoline, which permeated into the exhibit areas (though thankfully not the front entrance).

I experienced an intimate group tour, and it was wonderful. The people who prepare the field work so hard. Security was tight, but we were treated quite well.

First ever visit to the Palace on the Prairie. Have to say this place has the most electric atmosphere of any NCAA Div I football stadiums. We had a blast and enjoyed the game. Fans are very passionate but yet friendly towards others.No issues getting in, security keeps the crowds moving. Recommend getting to the area two hours prior to kickoff to get parking, walk to the stadium and find your seats. Plus that gives you enough time to get food/drinks. The bleachers seats are wide enough, clearly labeled. Only complaint is that the rows are narrow but that's like most college football stadiums.Concession prices are comparable to any top tier NCAA football team or professional football.Highly recommend attending a game here. It's a great experience.

BEST Place to see a football game Hands Down. Or actually, HORNS DOWN!!!! Come early and do some tailgating or check out some the many awesome restaurants and bars on Campus Corner. You will have a great time hanging with friends, family and other Sooner fans. BOOMER!

First time at this stadium it was such a great time loads of fun! Very very packed the parking is insane we had to park like 9 blocks from the stadium and walk the whole way. Not complaining but still the parking is completely far fetched lol. Usually lots of walking involved!OU actually won that game and if you are in the area or thinking of going I definitely recommend just dress accordingly and bring your walking shoes!

We had an incredible experience from before the game all the way until after!We arrived early for some tailgating. The atmosphere was so much fun as everyone was getting ready to enjoy the game. We walked around the stadium and saw lots of neat statues and areas. Our kids got to take photos with the mascots that were walking around our area. The best part was watching the Pride of Oklahoma marching band playing to get everyone ready.The sun was hot but the Sooners were hotter! The announcer did a great job of keeping everyone engaged and participating in helping the team win. We enjoyed watching the fireworks and Sooner Schooner celebrate after many of the touchdowns.The food selection was reasonable and the prices were as expected. We really appreciated the water stations providing free water. We had clear plastic bottles with us to refill. And we did many times to stay hydrated.It’s important to note that you can only bring clear bags of a certain size and no food or drinks into the stadium.Leaving the stadium is normally busy with the rush of people walking out unless you have a good path to take. There are options to park further away and take shuttles to and from the game for less effort spent dealing with navigating traffic.We love the Sooners and hope to go to many more games!

It's always a fantastic atmosphere on Saturdays at the Palace on the Prarie. If you have the opportunity to come to game in Norman do yourself a favor and do it.Over the years the upgrades to the stands, scoreboard, and concessions have made the experience even better.Parking sucks but it's to be expected and the concessions are stupidly overpriced but you are coming to a sporting event so you can't complain.

Smooth traffic during football day, easy in and out. Several gates to the stadium. Nice boy Scout guided seat directions. When we leave the stadium, cleaning crew lines up outside the stadium. Definitely Will visit again.

We had some time on a Sunday afternoon and decided to check out the campus. We saw the OU football stadium and fell in love. It is such a beautiful campus & stadium with plenty of memorabilia to walk around and view. We visited Heisman Row and took pictures with some of OU's greats like the Selmons, Bradford, White, Mayfield, Owens, & Murray. Highly recommend!

Always love bringing family to the field it totally makes us feel like OU family, and that's exactly what we needed. The experience on the beautiful campus is a honor to be there. Telling friends and family about it, is like we just sighted Bigfoot!!! And once in a life time for a true Oklahoma Sooners fan my timing was perfect walking in the gate and taking a pic with the all time legend Berry Switzer wow!!! Stopped at OU to see the stadium of one of my favorite college teams as we did a southern US road trip. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go inside the gates to see the field area, but enjoyed seeing the Heisman statues and statues of Switzerland and Stoops.If anyone from OU reads this, I would suggest having tours of the stadium like LSU does of its stadium.

Great experience. The stadium is a mix of old and new construction. Even the newer construction was older and needed renovations. But enjoy all college stadiums and their unique features that set them apart from others.

Just... FANTASTIC! Being from an area where we only have NHL I didn't really care to go to an OU game, especially for the money it costs. I had an opportunity to go to the stadium off season and it was breathtaking! I tried to imagine the hustle and sounds and energy of the full stadium. Just a great atmosphere and OK is so fortunate to have their gorgeous stadium on the OU campus

Great football experience and fun environment. If your backside doesn't like bleachers, bring a bleacher cusion or something small to sit on. I suggest small as you're packed in like sardines (at least in our section) on bleachers. Was fun, just a tight fit!Quick note for first timers, learn from our mistake as first timers -- look at your football ticket to find the Gate # to enter. The gate # is not a suggestion, it's almost imperative that you use that gate if you don't want it to take 30-minutes to figure out how to get to your seat. We entered at the complete opposite side of the stadium and it was a hilarious debacle trying to figure out how to get to our seats.

The best college football team, hands down, horns down. Best experience I have ever had at a college football game. The atmosphere was incredible.

Gorgeous place to visit! Has a cute little gift shop. Has great descriptions of the plants. Has a neat walkway up top too. There are spots that let you smell plants. The restrooms are clean. The front area has local art work. Since it was so hot we were given a discount. We immediately started sweating in there but still worth it. The gift shop does have pop and water available.

Even though it was extremely hot, we thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gift shop is nice. We loved looking at the featured artist's works. Except for the extreme heat it was a very nice experience. We will definitely be back in cooler months to experience the changes in plants and featured artists!

Visited here on a work trip. The pond outside was filled with huge coy fish that were really beautiful. I loved all the exotic fruit and spice plants in the main building. The building was shaped like a giant tube. Be prepared for the warmth and humidity while walking through the gardens. I would highly recommend to any first time visitors to OKC. Admission price was reasonable at $10.50 for regular visitors. There were discounts for seniors and military.

Every time we go it looks absolutely beautiful! Can’t wait until they are finished renovating. It is a great place to take the family or go by yourself to go for a walk through some truly beautiful Gardens. The location is easy to get to and the parking is fair priced. There are also electric scooters and bikes available to ride in the area. There is a children’s area and during the summer there’s also a waterpark. The merry go round and snack shack or in that same area.

What a beautiful place to take a stroll and enjoy some time with your loved ones. There are plenty of chairs and benches all around the park area to sit down and have picnics or relax. The enclosed Children's area with the splash pad is particularly fun and super cute. There's a merry go round next to the Children's okay are as well. When we went, the Crystal Bridge Conservatory was closed for construction so we didn't get to see any of it. However, there was plenty to explore and enjoy around the botanical gardens. Tips: it seems the homeless come bathe and cool down at the splash pad, though they didn't seem threatening and kept their distance from the kids, that's something to look out for.

These gardens are gorgeous. They have so many good flowers and trees. There's many spots to relax and study, and different paths to walk down. They also have a few splash pads for the kids. The outside area is free, and there's an inside area where they sell art and you can pay to walk around the observatory.There's many parking lots nearby, and some free side street parking a block away.

Very nice, serene, but humid. I highly recommend and came here on a road trip with my husband. I loved the gift shop and the grounds. However there is a admission fee. For two people it totaled ten bucks. So keep that in mind. I think it’s free to walk the grounds but to go inside the actual tropical gardens will cost. I still very much enjoyed my time and loved seeing all the plants.

A pretty indoor garden with lots of thing to see and a cute gift shop connected.Google for some reason says it's free to visit the garden, but the inside/greenhouse is actually about 10.00 per an adult.The plants looked well taken care of and it was very warm inside. We didn't really get to explore outside since it was about 4 degrees outside during daylight, but the whole outside walking area looked huge. Probably great for kids!Would highly suggest visiting maybe after the last very frosty day of the season. This way the whole area can be enjoyed.

This is a gorgeous place!! We didn’t pay to go into the building but just wandered the grounds and enjoyed the playground. Wow. Very impressed with how much there is to see and smell. The way the gardens are built around the water is amazing. We only had about an hour and a half to spend here but we could have spent at least an hour longer! We were lucky to go in late March the week before the tulip festival began. This place is definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in OKC!There are stairs, but everywhere in the garden is stroller and wheelchair accessible in some way or another.Parking surrounding the garden is paid and limited.

Such an amazing place. Perfect place to bring family if they’re visiting from out of town and enjoy the outdoors. Park was absolutely stunning and also a great place to work out if you live in Oklahoma City and wanted to run up some stairs or just have some views during your run. Right in the heart of downtown.

You can start outside by exploring the park and landscaping, then go inside to see plant 🌱🌿and flower 🌺🌷🌹species from all over the world. 🌍The large green house is roughly 3 stories and had an elevator for anyone that is in a wheelchair or that has mobility restrictions.

What a fantastic botanical garden in the middle of OKC. Fantastic walking flow with excellent signage and selection of plant life. Very warm inside and I imagine it would feel amazing on a cold winter day.

I took my grandchildren to the children's garden. It was incredibly wonderful, surrounded by beautiful tulips and had lots of toys to play on. You could also feed the birds

Attended the 2024 Tulip festival that was hosted at Myriad Botanical Gardens. It was amazing! The scenery is beautiful. Ducks, water, flowers, children laughing, music playing and the smell of food trucks. Such an amazing time.While they don’t have the tulip festival year round, I’d still recommend families visit. There is a children’s play area that has outdoor play structures and even restrooms nearby the playground. Art is all over the place (in a beautifully way) and you can really get your steps in—if you’re a fitness junkie.5/5 stars. I’d visit it just for the Instagram worthy photos! You might even get some good photos to send off to family and friends if you are traveling through! 🌸🌺

On this day 4/4 it was the perfect backdrop for visiting the Myraid Gardens! My Step-soon was preparing to get married and he wanted to use the Myraid Gardens as a back drop for dinner wedding photos. Knowing what the weather would be like this was a perfect day! Blue skies, glorious sunshine and virtually no wind! The next two hours were spent taking pictures at the best possible venue!Even when the tips aren't in bloom and you aren't planning on getting married OKC has beautiful places to visit! This is high on the list of places to come and relax!

Had the pleasure of an impromptu visit here and it was truly fascinating!! They maintain some incredible tropical plants and have such beautiful displays! Could have spent all day here if I had more time! Fortunately there was no wait time even though they were somewhat busy.

We had the best time.. and the varieties of plants that we have seen were kept so well! We were at the gardens on a rainy day and still enjoyed the outside a lot. It is very peaceful! The botanical garden is extraordinary! What surprised us as well is the souvenir shop. It had a lot of original buys! No complaints 😊

We went to the Tulip Festival. It was a little crowded, but it was Easter weekend as well. The flowers were beautiful. I think on a less crowded day it would actually be really serene and peaceful.I also think they should make more of a push to let people know of the other events there, such as candle pouring classes, free yoga, etc. Overall, it was a pleasant event, and I will attend more events in the future.

Discovered Myriad Botanical Gardens over the weekend while exploring Oklahoma City and found an unexpected gem. Ideal for nature lovers, their amazing setup features a stunning indoor rainforest within the massive glass house that transports visitors away from the city bustle. The orchid display was amazing and incredibly beautiful! My family and I also went on a very well put together tour through the outside garden area. I did not get any pictures of the outside area as it was very chilly. The tour was specifically about tulips, daffodils and hyacinths. It is worthwhile to check out when other themed tours are available on the garden center's website.

We had such an amazing time.it felt so nice in there. We just strolled through admiring the place we already love all Christmasy. They even had someone playing Christmas songs on a keyboard with chairs gathered around to enjoy. The price was good. Very chill atmosphere.

It was a really nice experience and I recommend going by! The staff was friendly and tried to find a way to offer a discount. Thr prices are good, especially since it is an all-day pass (you can leave and come back as long as you have it)! I loved the waterfall and the little globe terrariums. Each plant had a description posted with the name and uses for it. Really cool! Very humid (for obvious reasons) 😂, I recommend shorts though lol.

To the guard on duty late 8.6.22, thank you for making us feel welcome and safe when we happened upon the memorial at 1030pm. We are from Texas and in town for just tonight. We drove by and got out to take a picture of the fence of tributes. You invited us into the memorial grounds and gave us wonderful information that made our visit more meaningful. My 8 yo daughter was completely captivated by the memorial and wanted to read every name on every chair and read into whom the victims might have been and their relations to each other.This was an experience we will never forget. We will keep all of the victims and loved ones in our prayers always.

If you’re in Oklahoma City than you need to come to the memorial. This memorial does an incredible job of honoring the victims of the attack and the heroic first responders. Definitely prepare yourself mentally because it is quite a bit to take in at once if you’re not expecting it. I spent about three hours in total at the museum so give yourself enough time to see everything. The presentations and recorded interviews are absolutely incredible and are extremely informative and captivating. There’s a big section on the arrest and prosecution of Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols which I easily could have spent more time looking at. Everything is so well put together and all the staff are extremely informative and will answer any questions you have. 10/10!

A beautiful memorial in the heart of Oklahoma City. This memorial plays an amazing role in keeping the memories of those lost, as well as those affected by the events, alive. It is so well thought out. Walk outside the memorial to find the chain link fence and spend some time reading notes to lost loved ones. Pay attention to the black painted brick on the museum which shows where windows were blown out and fresh brick in the building. These unique features all add to the magnitude of the true memorial area. I would say parking was ample, but for whatever reason...hard to find (more so know the cost and if it was public parking or not). Don't get me wrong, there is PLENTY of parking in the area. We did not tour the museum, but I wish we would've. We did enter the museum to see the gift shop and use the restroom. I'd rank this as a "must see" memorial.

This was a beautiful memorial to honor the 168 people who were taken too soon from their family and friends.It is a lovely tribute that encompasses so much from the impact of what happened on that horrible day.Highly recommend a visit if you are ever in the area. It's amazing during the day but a whole different experience at night when everything is lit up. If possible, visit at both times.

Everybody goes during the day and it's absolutely beautiful during the day. I have also been in the daytime and love it I go to the marathon and compete. I happen to be in downtown and wanted to see it at night. There is a security guard so you don't feel unsafe. He was a very nice man. To see this place at night with the chairs lit was a whole nother experience unto itself. It was so quiet and peaceful you could just hear the reflection pulled trickling. The remembrance wall with the saying in the times are lit. It was a good time to just go and not have a lot of people. Where you could reflect pray for those people and their family look at the memory wall and just have your moment.

June 6, 2017: I arrived about 1:00pm. No car or foot traffic at all. I was overwhelmed with the monument. I remember the day the bombing occurred, seeing half of the building gone. Being here gave me a different perspective especially reading the names of those who perished and seeing the remains of the bldg. The artist(s) who created this monument did a magnificent tribute. All the chairs, small and large, the reflecting pool, the remaining tree. It was breathtaking; it was peaceful. A must stop anytime you are even close. Pictures do not do it justice.

So beautiful! Love the survivor tree. Videos and pictures throughout the site. If you want to go through the museum you can but there is a charge for that. If you want to see just the area of the bombing, it is free. Make sure you see the statue of Jesus across the street also.

This museum was amazing and they do a great job of telling the story of the day of and the days following.While the museum was extremely informative, the real star was the memorial itself. This was probably the most beautiful memorial I have been to in the U.S. Both the simplicity and complexity behind the meaning of it all is incredibly moving.I don't want to write a novel about all the symbology, but definitely pick up a brochure and read for yourself!

My wife and I are taking a cross country road trip and spent an evening in Oklahoma City. While in town, we visited the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum. The museum is well done with many exhibits that teach about the horrible event, the people whose lives were taken, and the response of the people of Oklahoma City. While it is difficult to relive these sorrowful events, it is also good to be reminded that these events do not define nor destroy us.There was a school group that was going through the museum at the time we visited. Truthfully, some of them didn't "get it" and were rather cavalier in their attitude. But some did understand the significance, and even for those who did not, it is good that the seeds of understanding are planted. Perhaps someday they may fully recognize the solemn day for what it was.Following our visit to the museum, we went outside to see the memorial. Where the building once stood, a beautiful pool of reflection now exists, bordered by two large walls with times 9:01 and 9:03 inscribed. Those times represent the moments before and after the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building. A field of empty chairs sit adjacent to the pool, representing those who were killed in the bombing. The memorial is a beautiful but somber reminder of the tragic day, but also of the strength and determination of the human spirit.

They do a great job with this difficult situation. The museum does a great job of showing the events from the time before the bomb all the way to the execution. It also tells the story of the heroes, survivors and victims. It was great to hear the stories but it is an emotional journey.

The state park ranger, Dan was very informative and helpful. The museum and memorial was a beautiful tribute to the perseverance of the state. Price was very reasonable and has a gift shop. Incredibly detailed account on that very tragic and unforgettable day in April 1995. I remember listening to the radio while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, on this fateful day. The visit to the memorial brought back so many memories. It goes beyond comprehension how much evil McVeigh and Nichols had to plan for the extermination of potentially far more than the 168 lives they took. Thank you to the precious staff of the memorial for doing such a blessed job at being so compassionate and empathetic to all those families that lost loved ones so prematurely not so many years ago.

Visiting the memorial is a visceral experience. We decided to buy museum tickets at 4:15, thinking it would be plenty of time to finish by 6 PM close. We were quite rushed toward the end. The video footage, interviews with survivors, and items on display that were collected both as evidence and as momentos from survivors and rescuers are incredible. Plan to spend another 30-60 minutes outside, walking around the reflecting pool and contemplating Survivor Tree. We also made the decision to return after dark to view the memorial lit up at night. It is serene and even more beautiful. Very safe to walk around, as well. Highly recommend.

The memorial was beautiful and the park rangers Dan and Cody were very helpful. I loved that the reflection pond was moving and made noise. I was not impressed with the museum though. The museum is "affiliated" with the National Parks Service but they don't take the NPS Annual Pass. The museum was very claustrophobic and there was no easy way to bail. I was locked in the "recording room" where they played a tape where the bomb exploded but then lights flashed and there was no warning and no way to get out. The rangers were great though so because this listing combines the memorial and the museum this is more about the museum.

They did a wonderful job on this memorial and museum. Lots of artifacts and videos throughout the 2 floors of the museum. People working there are very friendly. All throughout it is Handicapped accessible. Beautiful water Area with trees and grass for the Monument. See pics

The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum is a very powerful and well done monument to the Oklahoma City Federal Building bombing on April 19th, 1995.In my opinion it is best to start in the museum, which features several videos, displays, witness testimonials, and even items and parts of the building that survived the explosion. I found the saddest part was the Gallery of Honor, which features photos of the victims with items that their families donated that speak to who they are as real people.The outdoor memorial makes more sense after you've toured the museum because it puts the memorial into context. It is very beautiful but sad.The staff are all very nice and helpful, both in the museum and at the memorial.

Very emotional. The museum is very graphic and it depicted the scenes very well. I was emotionally sick to my stomach reading everything and seeing so many lives cut short and families depleted. It is amazing how much the community and country rallied together to rebuild. The memorial outside waa peaceful and serene.

I had a friend who used to work in the building and was transferred out shortly before the attack happened. I always wanted to visit and finally got around to it this weekend. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. Helpful hint: Visit on a Sunday and you can park in the post office lot right next to the site :)

Visited here for the first time this week. It was very nicely done. They did a great job making it a peaceful setting. The chairs are overwhelming because of how it represents so much loss of life over such a senseless act. If anyone didn’t know about this event I would recommend they visit to see what happened. It was sad and so tragic looking at everything.

Still remember it like it was yesterday, as a senior in HS about to graduate. So sad and powerful to see the chairs, which represent approximately where the victims were in the building. Seeing all the small chairs of children that were in the daycare is heartbreaking. A well-done memorial that is ranger-patrolled for any questions or discussion about the event and venue.

Today was my first experience at the OKCMM and it had to have been the most moving and powerful experience I've had at a museum. I arrived before they opened and used the time to walk around the site soaking in every piece of tribute and honor. The experience begins as any ordinary day, only to be met with explosions as the next door opens showing the destruction and recovery efforts. The heartstrings are in constant motion reading every piece of information and seeing the pictures as if you were on scene for the events.A couple times I had to move to a corner and breathe as emotions were in constant engagement. While there are exhibits detailing the men behind the attacks, this experience is truly focused on those who died and those who risked their lives in the recovery effort. The love and unity of Oklahoma, United States, and world truly shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.I highly recommend visiting this museum and to take your time going through the museum and grounds. This was my first time in OKC and I've experienced great museums and experiences, but this truly is a beacon of light and hope in the midst of tragedy. I will absolutely visit again anytime I am in the area.

The designated parking garage is extremely small and hard to park, but other than that. This place is well laid out and done very well. The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable. If you're near here, stop and check it out. It is worth the stop at no matter age you are.

I was privileged to be shown around by an exceptional park ranger, Dan McKee. He described the solace of the moments. The past, present and future of the site. The inspiration for the architecture and design of the memorial was breath taking. If you are in the area this is definitely worth a visit. The grounds themselves are amazing and Dan is a wealth of knowledge.

Oh my! A solemn remembrance of a horrible event in recent history of the U.S. The creators of this museum were thoughtful and thorough with their interpretation of April 19, 1995. From "an ordinary day" until the present day, there are interviews, artifacts (large and small), pictures - anything you can imagine that describes the day, the weeks of search and rescue/recovery, the years of waiting for justice, what all mankind can learn from it- it's all there.I especially liked how the outside memorial was planned; I believe it is an appropriate and meaningful way to remember those people who were killed.May this memorial and museum continue to be a source of healing and understanding of the experience.

My family started our OKC tourist day at the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, which was a pretty somber experience. The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum was very well done, and really captured the anguish of that day in 1995.The museum had numerous artifacts recovered from the rubble, as well as a shocking volume of items related to the investigation and subsequent execution of Tim McVeigh. The guy planned and executed the whole thing (almost) using a fake name. At bottom, if he hadn't screwed up and used his real name to order Chinese food from a hotel where he'd registered with his fake name, he'd likely have never been caught as there would have been no link to a real person. Good thing he wasn't as smart as he thought.A particularly powerful part of the outdoor memorial was the empty seats - one large seat for every adult and one small seat for every child that died in the bombing. The number of small seats was heartbreaking. If you're ever in the area, this is a must see - just be prepared for an emotional experience.

What a surreal feeling walking where a building once stood. If you are ever in Oklahoma City, stop by the National Memorial that commemorates the victims of the bombing on April 19, 1995. It is a beautiful Memorial and tribute to the strength of our country under tough times.

This was amazing! It's a must see if you're in OKC and you have about 3 hrs to go through it. It was very emotional going through this memorial museum. There were some younger kids there with their parents that had a hard time going through it. You can't help but want to cry and yet be angry that it happened in the first place. Definitely worth the time and money. They do have a parking ramp to park in.

New Years Eve and their system is down! Cash only in machines. Place cash in machine... Play... Get ticket... Go to cashier cage... Cash out ticket... Go to another machine and place cash in to machine to play..... Repeat. The casino is to give away 2 vehicles tonight but the system is down. No chances to win the vehicles will be given. This is the night of the giveaway! What a Crock! Seems like just a ploy to get people in the building only to be disappointed and not have to give away anything. It was my first time there and we will never be back! We could not even get players club cards. I get offers for 50 dollars players credit every month from several casinos. I guess we will take our money to a more reliable establishment

The food was excellent. I was here shooting a TV commercial and they provided quite a different food items to shoot in the commercials. I sampled everything and it was very delicious.

It's a 50-50 if they will pay or not but when they pay I usually walk away with quite a bit. But on there bad days 50.00 won't last but 10 mins. Ur call though.there catfish platter is so tasty. Very excellent meal

Well I'll say as a VIP member that I enjoy playing at Thunderbird in Norman & Shawnee location. There both very clean and great atmosphere for folks that like to play. So a easy five stars for both casinos and if ya roll high or low they got the best of both games. And good folks that work there I thank all of you for your hard work and friendly customer service. As my hats off to ya and thank you again. And like I say always Go Big Or Go Home!

When cashing in my free play that I earned, I found out that someone hijacked a player's card and used the money. The Manager did not replace the cash amount or looked at any security. Basically recommended to change pin number.

It's fair they need some remodeling there are at least 3 sections it could be nicer if the food area is moved to the center even make it a patio eating event outside or closer so you could take food out and still be protected from the wind. Inside for a more friendlier and healthier atmosphere carpets need to be replaced and making one of the buildings a non smoking area.

The parking lot was kind of neglected and I wasn't sure if I had parked in a handicap space or not since I couldn't read what was a square but not in the parking spot.But I'm sure that the parking lot is on there list of things to remodel since they had just finished remodeling the casino and from what I was told they are remodeling the bar and restaurant.The casino was very clean with lots of new games. Although some of my favorite games I like were either out of order or the buttons were broke. So I wasn't able to play the bet I wanted to play. That part was kind of frustrating.I wasn't there long since my money went fast.

Went to the grill inside.Excellent..I went and got pizza and wings. A young lady by the name of Raven had said she made the pizza. I got home and WOW..half Supreme and half lots meat...was excellent. Staff very polite, friendly, and helpful.Thank you

The front 30 feet should be off limits to smoking...you need better exhaust system in that area....it hits you like a ton of bricks...we come time to time and love the grill... but...boy howdy that entrance is like walking into small closet with 2 huge ashtrays with 3 week old butts in them...sorry but very unappealing.. 😢😢

It is a smaller casino...but not less important. My wife won 8k here... she's not in the picture because she's mad...so I went to the bar where I was welcomed by many kind people... except my wife. I needed an escape and this casino gave it to me...with a variety of drinks to guzzle...lol(what? Excellent facility. Recently attended a pow-wow in the casino for the beautiful Oklahoma Indian Biker Princess. There is also an additional space connected by a small hallway that served as a vendor room and supper line. Hand sanitizing stations were available at every door. Very clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I come here specifically for the grill. They have new management now that are friendly clean appearances and honestly amazing food. REAL burgers. The way they should be made here in the U.S.A. secondly the mozzarella moons. Fresh, REAL mozzarella in perfect breading. And the portion is massive for 6.50$. Looking for a good meal? I won big The night my dad was admitted into the hospital for the last time so I kept going back to get it. Was going to be a good one and their internet has been messed up for at least a month so when you cash out you have to wait for an attendant to bring you a voucher. Then you have to take the voucher to the cage to get your cash and you have to do that every single time and you can't play your promotions and it's stupid

No Freeplay for like 3 months, I've learned I do better not playing with card in last 3 months. But at least the food was good. Down right delicious! Thank you chefs.

Place is very clean and the people are friendly. You can play without someone running into the back of your chair constantly like other casinos in the area. Had a lot of fun.

Their machines have been technically down for 3 weeks. you have to have a hand pay for most machines and the wait is long. If you manage a machine to cash out a ticket, you still have to go cash out the ticket. It won't go into a machine. Don't get me wrong, I love this place and have been going for years. Right now, it sucks.

Great place for kids and big kids alike. Very interactive and fun. Only reason for 4 stars is that some of the interactive stations and exhibits were closed, under renovation, or just not functioning the way they were intended. And at a cost of 70$ for admission for a family of 4 ( 2 adults, and 2 kids) its a bit of a let down.

This is our first time visiting this museum, and since we live 30 minutes away, we were wondering if it's worth the drive. There are lots of sections for kids and plenty of activities to do. I particularly loved the section with all the building blocks – my kids could spend all day there. We will definitely come back again and will consider getting a membership here.

They had an after hours art meets science exhibit. Had a fun time! Learned a lot of new things. Awesome sculpture huge wooden hand holding what looked like a metal bird. Inside were all the cool gadgets! Had a great music performance too! Guitar with old typewriter keys hitting strings. So creative! Lots of fun!

It was very unique. Fun. The only thing I think it needed was tracks and hook for our portable hoyer lift (so heavy persons with wheelchairs and no lower body) use can use the bathroom. We love that there is a plus size durable changing table in the restrooms. We would have liked to stay longer and saw all the cool exhibits. So much cool stuff.($22.78 adult entry price)

This was our first time visiting the Science Museum in OKC and it was AWESOME!!!! We visited it for my sons 3rd Grade Field Trip and we drove there from Sapulpa which is about 1 hour (especially on a 🚌) It wasn’t overly crowded and the amount of stuff to do is really impressive. We arrived at 9:30am and had to meet the rest of the Field Trip at Noon to have lunch and just regroup and that 2 1/2 hours flew by!!! We were so entertained and so busy I couldn’t believe it was already time for lunch! And the 2 hours after lunch felt like 10 minutes!!! I have already planned a trip back with all of my family nieces, parents, everyone. We will definitely be visiting this Museum regularly from now on!!!!!

Perfect for family day out and for kids to explore the world of science. There are rotating exhibitions as well as permanent ones. Even the adults can get in on the fun!

Always an awesome time here. The kids love to run around and see all the wonderful displays and interact with a lot of them too! The live science shows are always a hit with the whole family! The place is huge and full of new surprises around every corner!

Been there several times. It's a great way to keep the kids busy for 2-4 hours with interactive science activities. Prices are comparable with other science museums nationwide. Come during the holiday season and will get a chance to tour the interior of fully restored 1929 Pullman parlor train car.

The whole family had fun. There is so much to do! And they really make everyone feel included. Not 1 but 2 Nursing rooms that included a quieter environment comfy chairs a couple toys for young while mom is busy nursing and a sink! Love being able to wash my hands. This would have been a five star review except....Nothing had Ben organized and refilled in most of the curiosity activities(paper cups. balls. Costumes ect) and certain activities should have a time limit or some thing. 1 family hogged 1 activety my family really wanted to try almost the whole day. And we were there open to close. Food is not bad priced and something for everyone or your allowed to bring your own. Was an amazing family day we will be doing again.

This has been a family favorite and we try to visit every time we are in town. There is something here for all ages. It is also deceitfully big. It looks much smaller than it is - you can walk through a door and find yourself in a whole other wing. When planning your trip, here are my tips: Have multiple adults to supervise if you have multiple kids. There is a lot to see and they will want to run off. Some areas are closed off and have only one exit, but a lot of the areas are easy for excited kids to wander off. Wear comfortable shoes. You can spend a long time here. Our most recent visit, we spent 3.5 hours and still didn’t see/do everything we wanted to fit in. We did buy food at the cafe - I feel like the options have significantly decreased since the pandemic, so next time we will bring our food from home - but the food we got was enjoyed. There is a planetarium that does shows, so if you want to see one, be sure to check showtimes - and sometimes the lines will fill up quickly. They also do a live show near the entrance, so check the times for that, too. They are usually big hits, although we did not make it to a show this trip. Parking is free and we did not wait for tickets although we did arrive on a Wednesday.

Really fun place to take the kids. My wife and I found it entertaining as well. We were there for a few hours and still didn't get the chance to go through all the areas. Plenty to do. I also saw complaints in a bunch of reviews about things being broke. But I only saw one display what was broken. So maybe they've been repairing things. I hope so. Kids loved it and I'd take them back again. But it is expensive so get ready for that!

I visited this science museum as a child with my family and I loved the nostalgia of coming back! It was a fun afternoon adventure with my boyfriend and would recommend for families and kids. Lots of interactive learning available for everyone!

Such a cool museum! So many interactive rooms and areas to explore. Within the main museum part, they allow you to try riding the segways. (Much harder than they look!) The best museum to compare this to is the Franklin Institute in Philly but this one still has leaps and bounds over it!I really wish I had taken more photos but I guess it's safe to say, this place really kept me off my phone! Tickets are worth every penny!MUST DO for kids and adults alike. I suggest ordering tickets ahead of time.There's also a decent size gift shop at the end of the museum.

I first visited here 7 years ago when my daughter was 10 and we spent alllllll day and still felt like we didn't see it all. My most recent visit in March 2024 it was the same! It is such a visual feast and there are limitless hands on activities for kids of all ages (even the 40+ variety) to enjoy. Our four year old was just over the moon excited the entire time we were there. The curiocity area is just amazingly put together with so many interactive things to do and see. The playground area is just fun for adults to LOOK at, I can't even imagine being a kid and getting to run and play in and around it! There are places throughout the museum that are worn and dated from thousands and thousands of hands touching it but honestly when you think about the daily traffic - it still looks great and almost everything was in working order. I must agree with other reviews that talk about the need for more parent seating options. When your kid just wants to play, play, play - I am willing to let him do so if I've got somewhere to rest my back. There are tons of wall spaces where additional benches could easily fit in for us weary parents. With that being said- there ARE benches available throughout if it's not a crazy busy day, after the school buses left I was able to rest my feet more often. The Science Live show was back as of our visit and a MUST SEE. The new theater is gorgeous! I loved the bike area that was added since my last visit, there are so many cool antique bicycles! My son loved being able to get in the jet co*ckpit, he kept asking to go back to that all day. He loved anything to do with playing in water and there were a few areas that allowed that. He had so much fun climbing around in the honeycomb structure. We were able to sit in for a cosmos show which was also a great break from wandering the huge property all day. I was disappointed to find out that after a certain point in the day, they only serve pizza at the cafe - as a diabetic, low carb dieter - that meant there were no options for me for lunch. I wish there was something on the website somewhere that lets you know this so people staying all day and banking on grabbing something on site can plan accordingly. All in all, my son had an amazing day and I am sure the next time we visit OKC we will plan to make Science Museum Oklahoma another all-day adventure.

Had a great time at the Science Museum. I got to come here as a kid for school field trips. There was still stuff from when I was little which gave a lot of nostalgia to the trip. They have expanded and updated a lot of exhibits. It was great to see new stuff and they’ve added a food court and an outdoor area you can walk through. Great place to spend a day for any age!

I thought the Science museum of Oklahoma was absolutely fantastic. The museum itself is quite large and spacious, and has many wonderful exhibits and artifacts to check out. They have a great collection of airplane models that have a lot to do with aerospace history. They have a very neat exhibit dedicated to optical illusions that is very interesting to explore. Probably my favorite part of the museum is the planterarium. They offer multiple showings throughout the day and it is a fascinating experience. If you have the ASTC passport, then you get free admission here.

We had a lot of fun. There are so many different exhibits that 4 hours wasn't enough to fully enjoy every. I recommend getting there before lunch to maximize the amount of time to see everything without rushing. There are a lot of benches to take short breaks and rest your legs. The food court is pretty expensive so eat before you go. There's plenty of opportunities for pictures.

Thought it would be too advanced for my 3yr old before we came. It seems a perfect places for all ages. Maybe starting from late two year old. It has EVERYTHING. Way more awesome than I expected. Highly recommended.

First time to Oklahoma and we decided to give this a shot.This place is so AWESOME! I have kids ranging from ages 5 to 17 and they all had a blast! There's something for everyone to enjoy here.They have tons of exhibits! Really anything you could think of, lol. They have water play, sand, a mirror maze, a "treehouse" a pretend play theater, gymnastics stuff, a replica of a tornado, a giant prism you can crawl in, bed of nails, games, a planetarium... This list goes on and on! My kid's favorite was the big climbing area they had in one section. It had multiple slide and tons of areas to climb in. They had a 3-story twisty slide that you had to climb to. Right next to it was a funhouse. Lots of fun!I would 100% come back here

We went on the first nice Saturday of the spring and it was super crowded. The overflow parking was across the street at the racetrack. Other than the long walk to and from the car, once inside, it wasn't bad. With all of the new expansions, the exhibits were all comfortable to get around. It was the first time I had been to the zoo in close to 10 years. It is certainly not the same as when I was a kid. The new elephant area is huge and all the animals have so much room to roam around. No more little cages for any of the animals. The Asia experience is beautiful and I can't wait to go back when the Africa section is also complete. That being said, with all of the updates the cost has also increased quite a bit. I believe that you can still bring a picnic lunch inside as well as your own snacks. We ate at the Cafe by the sting rays and for 3 kid drinks, fries, a hamburger, and chicken strips it was almost $50! 🤯 Wear comfortable shoes, because you will be walking a lot!

We went on a Saturday afternoon in April and the zoo was incredibly packed. People will not hesitate to cut you off while walking. Due to the heat, many of the animals were sleeping or hiding. Notably the bears. We weren’t able to see any of the bears on this day. The monkeys and gorillas were definitely the most active animals on this day. The tram ride is $6 per person and I would recommend that on hot days. The cool part about the tram is that they provide you with unique animal facts and the zoo’s history as you are riding and seeing the animal exhibits. The bird feeding is $4 per person and I thought that it was ridiculous that I had to pay $4 just to walk in and watch my family members feed birds that didn’t want to eat. Bring your own drinks because we waited in line for 30 minutes to spend $25 on drinks that would have been $8 or less at any overpriced gas station across the state. Despite the sometimes disappointing price points and waits, the employees were incredibly friendly across the zoo. I would recommend going on a cooler day and during the week if you can.

Most of the zoo is under construction currently. It would be nice if tickets were discounted since a good portion (pushing half or more) is under construction. But it's still a lot of fun! Some things were still left from the dino exhibit. The zoo is huge, give it at least 3 hours. Lots to see. Bring quarters (feeding ducks, turtles, fish), $1 and pennies (smashing), $5s (wax molds!) and then however you're going to pay for food.There should be exhibit signs for the construction. For the workers, the machines, what's going on. Kids like construction, too, and adults are curious. I would love to see signs about who is working, what they like, how the machines work and facts about them. How the company hired is contributing to making a better planet. They're missing a perfect chance to teach.

It was a great school trip. The zoo is doing remodeling so there was a lot of construction that was going on. The animals that were there were awesome to see. The kids and everyone there had a great time, and can't wait to see what new exhibits will come. The zoo was also setting up the lights for Halloween, which was really cool to see as well.

With a whole new exhibit being constructed and the aquatic area slated for a full makeover there is a lot of work being done around the zoo. It made it feel very run down. Most exhibits were closed or empty. Some were just full of debris. Then, the exhibits that were open were overly crowded with unattended field trippers. The kids were so disappointed with the animal situation that they spent most of their time playing on the jungle gyms. For a Zoo actively pushing to be voted “Best Zoo in the Nation” it has a long way to go.That being said, the updates being made are very nice. When it’s all done I’m sure it’ll be fantastic. Until then though it just seems like a waste. We basically spent $100 for our kids to go to the playground.

Zoo experience was great. Every animals, and birds have enough space for themselves. They were properly labeled with their features or characteristics which is enough to distinguish them.There are separate sections for snakes, water creatures, asian animals, cats (lion) and many more. Special section is bear, they are real entertainers.New wing is currently under construction which will involve new animals or scenery to the zoo beauty. It has train service ($9-10/ person), if anyone wants to use. Food and water outlets inside as well.Kids live to spend time with their families.It will take minimum 5 hours to maximum 7 hours to see and enjoy whole zoo.

The zoo has made many changes since I was last there, 13 years ago. I decided to take my 19 year old son with me. We had a blast! Unfortunately we did not get to see all the animals because it was hot and they go inside, but that is expected. Either way, it was worth it! We took many photos and videos. Even stopped to ride the carousel. Just remember to be courteous to the animals and don't let little ones bang on their glass, it stresses them out more. Don't forgot to stop in the little shop they have by the night exhibit, it's quant and has many goodies inside (I'd recommend going that direction last, or else you'll be carrying everything throughout the day.)

Daughters first time there, and she loved it. Haven't been in years and a lot has changed and been added. Staff was friendly and the zoo was surprisingly clean with as many people that were there. You have to get there early for a good parking spot though, otherwise you are parking across the street at the casino or if you're lucky, next door at the science museum. Military discount is great!

A great zoo with many fun events and animals from all across the world. Seems to be a very popular spot for field trips. Some sections seem to be perpetually under construction, but that means it's constantly changing. The zoo friends perks are great for frequent visitors and discounts.

Clean, spacious. I loved how close all the animals seemed to be. And they were all out. Went on a week day. Which seemed to be wise.We brought our own food.I loved some of the artwork that made it feel like Oklahoma.Lot of shade and different picnic areas.I will say, they had plenty of maps. But they needed more dang signs!

I'd recommend to take the mini train for a ride in the first place and save some energy for the animals you and your family love. The park is worth for at least two days visit. But the legwork was a bit exhausting. Bring your own food. The park's food is not bad but might be a little pricey than average.

Place is under construction in a lot of spots, but it says that on the website so you should know ahead of time. Love the giant pride flags they have out during pride month, makes me feel very validated! The animals are very interesting and well taken care of. I've been going here every few years since I was a toddler and will be coming here more in the future. <3

My kiddos and I came during the week the OKC Zoo was having free admission. It wasn't very crowded at all since a lot of schools started this week. What I was really impressed with was the amount of restroom stops they provided as well as cooling stations. I was so glad to see a lot of staff around as well, and they were all so nice. It was a pretty awesome visit despite how hot it was!

We had a blast! We really enjoyed how the animals were active for the most part, and how each area was so accurate to the regions that each animal was from. I wish we knew that the feeding zoo cost to enter so we could've been better prepared... Other than that we had a great time and all of the zoo employees were very friendly helpful and professional! Will be going back after the African exhibit is done!

The OKC Zoo is simply the best place to hang out any day of the week. So much to see and do! If you can, buying a pass is the way to go. I’ve been taking my children there for 20 years and absolutely love it! The zoo keeps improving and I hope to see it completed one of these days.

The zoo is now better than ever with the Expedition Africa open. They did however change companies for the dining areas so the Flavor Burst ice cream (the one everyone remembers from school) is no longer carried. However I will not dock points because I do not know the reason for the swap. The giraffe enclosure is so awesome now, you can see them from 95% of it due to how open the walk way is. I recommend the OKC Zoo and have been ~4 times in the past year it is always growing and getting better.

No zoo map to walk around with?! Closed exhibits! I've been to a few zoos in my lifetime but this one ranks toward the bottom. It could be so much better, that's all I'm trying to say.

2023 Safari Lights drive and walk through reservation. $70 for a car with up to 4 walk passes. It's about an hour and a half to see it all, but give yourself 2 hours. The drive was nice with more animals and peaceful, quiet, or Christmas music and heat. It only costs $7 more for 4 people to do the drive and walk than just the walk through, so that is the way to go, but you must order online in advance to reserve your time slot. I'm not sure it is something we will do every year, but it was very nice. The walk was nice with some interaction activities and places for photo opportunities. There were concessions around where you could warm up, and I saw some people cooking marshmallows. At the entrance, there is a light show all around that lasts for about 6 songs (+- 9 min) or so and then gives a 3 minute countdown before restarting. Wish there were longer paths to walk as we saw it all relatively quickly.

It was a great calming experience. It was during a weekday so it was All Adults, Not crowded. We walked around the whole park Not realizing 5hrs past by fast. The bathrooms were very clean, The lady at the Ticket both was really Kind, & The gentleman working The food booth By The Cats were respectful/Kind Also, They seemed like they enjoyed were they was working. The girls in the Starbucks seemed like they don’t like anyone & Just wanted to get paid to be there. But I will definitely say I would like to visit again 💯 Just cause It was a Beautiful, & Soothing place to Enjoy.

My family and I have an amazing time here every time we go! They really take care of their zoo here and have expanded, making it even greater experience. Highly recommend! Bring the family and have a good time

The improvements have been amazing and Exhibition Africa is awesome. The OKC community is so proud of this zoo. It’ll be even better once the aquatic area is complete. I’ve been volunteering for quite some time and can’t thank the staff enough for all they do. Go and check it out; you won’t be disappointed.

Love going here on my days off. We went recently and did a Wild Encounter with the Galapagos Tortoises! Deffintely worth the price PLUS the goats in the new part of the Children's Zoo are TOO CUTE!

You forget you are in OKC here! It is a top notch zoo and will definitely be back because I didn't get to finish it. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars and it's probably being nit-picky, but the map is super confusing and was hard to figure out where I was and where I was going. I wish they had more sign posts around pointing directions.

Went during a school field trip this time at around 10 am. There is still a lot for the kids to see by just walking around. Love this place. Different attractions at different times, so make sure you know what you want to go for and plan around that. If you're just going to walk around then around 10 am to 3 pm is the perfect temp and time to go.

A great place to visit. We were there for about 4 hours and still could only see part of the zoo.My wife got to feed the giraffes and loved that.I loved getting a mold from the Mold-a-matic. They had these at different places I visited when I was a child. It was like walking back into time and IT WAS FABULOUS!!!A perfect experience for the whole family!!Also, they had a lot of potential discount groups so make sure and find out if you can get a discount.

2023 the zoo has a light show that takes place after 4:00 they have huge figurines very unique throughout your walk of checking out the zoo animals. It was absolutely beautiful. Me and my family had a blast,the time went by so fast that we wished there had been more time to continue our visit.

Fun experience at the OKC zoo! Little disappointed to not see as many animals as expected. Missing the hippos, alligators, zebras, sting rays. You are able to bring your own food and drinks which was nice. Overall good experience but could have more exhibits open.

We’ve been to the suit twice and last time unfortunately I had food poisoning from the hotel and wasn’t able to see much. This time we finally got around to seeing about 80% of the zoo and it was really awesome! Would’ve seen the other 20% Our feet wouldn’t let us. Got to feed some birds and pet a stingray. There are so many things to keep you busy I highly recommend going to the zoo! Also the fried okra was out of this world here and the chicken and fries with the gravy is enough to fill up both me and my husband and have a lot of leftovers that went to waste. I would recommend getting the two piece chicken strip and sharing it with your partner!

We went here on a saturday. We stayed for 4 hours and was able to tour the whole place. We really enjoyed playing with the goats/sheeps, my daughter was able to eat/pet the animals which she enjoyed. I enjoyed the experience of riding their camel for $8/head, it was truly a unique experience 😂😂 i like that you can see and observe the animals up close compared to other zoos we’ve been in before, the place wasnt too crazy and overwhelming. It was a lot of walking and he number of different kinds of animals was enjoyable 😍they also have a small playground for kids that my kid enjoyed :3

We stopped here because I remember seeing "End of the Trail" about 48 years ago as a kid. This powerful statue left me in awe & I wanted my wife & grandchild to see it as well.We went in at opening time of 10am. I was struck by the size & scope of the museum's displays. WOW!! There is truly something for everyone on display.The staff was out of this world. Full of knowledge & happy to be of help. If you tour with one of their guides you will not be disappointed.I plan on visiting again the next time we get to Oklahoma City.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience! We had "an hour to kill," ended up spending 2.5 hours at the museum, and needed at least another few hours to see everything.The displays and exhibitions are well thought out, descriptive, and looked after!We loved the museum and would definitely recommend a visit.

This was my first time visiting this museum. I was VERY impressed. There was a myriad of paintings, artifacts, displays of western gear, weapons, ropes, barbed wire and MANY bronze statues, including Remington's. I took over 400 photographs that I plan to make a slideshow with for my YouTube page. At 1:00 P.M. I went on a guided tour with a very knowledgeable docent that was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this museum.

I would highly recommend coming here! Very informative and very well put together. Whoever designed the gardens outside did a very beautiful job. This is the perfect place to spend your morning or afternoon. It was nice to learn about all the local history and the museum is very well maintained inside and outside which made the experience way more enjoyable. Friendly and informative staff. Wow! The outdoor reenactment is very well done. The cowboy gallery and rodeo exhibit were so fascinating. Love the different multimedia making learning and browsing so entertaining.Lots of interesting American Indian history that occupied all over US, not just local tribes.We rushed through in 2 hours but could easily spend another 2.

Absolutely amazing. There is such an astounding collection of art and historical artifacts, it will take the better part of a day to work your way through everything. I like how the exhibits are broken down into sections which make easier to take it all in. I especially enjoyed "the town". An entire indoor town is genius. I also enjoyed the movie memorabilia section. Very well done! This is probably one of the best museums I have ever been too. If you love cowboy culture and the old west, this place is a must!

We had such a fun time at this museum!! Free parking, no wait time, and only $15 admission; I definitely recommend setting aside an entire morning or afternoon if you want to get the whole experience. I think we spend about 3 hours walking around the art galleries. So much beautiful artwork and history to see and learn about- I loved how there were also exhibits outside (see pictures of the waterfall below.) The gift shop has a huge variety of souvenirs to choose from too!

I was pleasantly surprised how diverse this place is. I loved the 2023 Prix the West exhibit - so many folk artists had a chance to show their beautiful art. The building is beautiful, too, very spacious and interesting. Remember to see all the outside spaces, too. The gift store had a great choice of handmade items available. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sooooo many amazing displays and rooms and info and knowledgeable docents! This museum is one of the best I’ve been too. It’s not just “dry” info. They have found a way to display and tell and show that brings this place to life. Spent 2 1/2 hours here and barely scratched the surface and only left because of another appointment! Loved this museum and will be back!!

This is a really informative and well organized museum. I was pleasantly surprised at how engaging the artwork, history, and sculptures were. It took 1-2 hours to cover the museum and I went on a "Bank of America Museums on Us" free weekend. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the Oklahoma City area!

Had a fun family day here. It was a 2 hour drive for us but it was worth it. I was really impressed with everything and was surprised at just how large this museum is. It wasn't crowded at all which is nice. I highly recommend checking this museum out.

What a great place to experience cowboy and western heritage. The completeness and thoroughness of this museum is astounding. I only spend a couple of hours and rushed through the various areas of the museum. Everything I saw was done exceptionally well. If you are in the area, this is a must see place. Don’t expect to see the whole place in one visit, there are just too many areas with so many details that it would too ambitious to see it all. I have a much better understanding and respect for cowboy life after my visit.

I highly recommend this. Great for the family. Kids loved it. If you’ve ever traveled abroad to learn culture and see ancient ruins, you’ll love learning about the culture right here.We were impressed with the Prix de West art collection. And we’re not art connoisseurs. The kids loved Prosperity Junction which immersed us in another era. Definitely try the sarsaparilla at the saloon and learn about the cowboy job. Outside, tour the different types of indigenous Indian homes.You’ll spend about 2-3 hrs here and take about 20 pictures.

Large quantities of memorabilia and exhibits. Clean facilities. Wonderfully helpful staff. Well worth the admission price. They also allow for several different discounts on admission. Very educational for the whole family!

I really enjoyed my visit to the National cowboy and western heritage museum! The museum has a wide variety of collections and throughout the museum, I was offered guidance by the volunteers. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful!! The garden was closed today due to weather but they were so nice and offered me one complimentary ticket to come back later this week to see the gardens! 🥺 definitely recommend this museum to everyone visiting OKC!!

So amazing! Literally soooo amazing! One of the best museums I’ve been to. So much to see. I want to go back so I can see the rest. Just too much for one trip, but loved it all and can’t wait to return. Great gift shop too.

Absolutely love this museum! If you are on I40 or I35 near Oklahoma City it is very much worth your while to stop and visit. Parking is easy (and free!). You could easily spend several hours or just stop in to view the art in the main area. Highly recommend!

This site is great for family fun, a date night, school trip, or just a leisurely stroll. The Cowboy is easily our family's favorite outing this year. We've made a goal to go monthly. We see a new room we didn't know was there every time we go!

Very nice exhibits and interesting artifacts. I enjoyed the outside exhibits as well. We spent about 2 hours here and it kept my 14 year old’s attention. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable as well. They also have scavenger hunts and other activities for smaller children. Lots of good photo opportunities and appreciated the air conditioning inside since it was very hot outside. Nice gift shop on the way out too. Parking was simple and free.

We all had a great time here, our party included parents and a 16 yr old as well as a 4 year old. This museum is massive and you could spend hours inside and then even more outside. The collections of art, memorabilia, antiques, replicas, etc are just enthralling to go through. There is no shortage of items to look and learn about in this massive museum. The old west replica town is so immersive, you feel like you are in a western. It is so well put together and several buildings you can actually go in and take really cute photos. I agree that the native American side of western history is severely lacking here - but the title does have COWBOY most prominent and that is what you will find here. Tons of cowboy history. From the wild west to the movies to the rodeo and beyond. I really wasn't expecting the massive structures outside of the museum but it is truly a sight to see. I recommend allotting plenty of outside time, especially if you are there with younger children. There is a playground, interactive areas and lots of immersive play opportunities. The people that complain about this museum must just hate life. My only complaint I have from our visit was that my four year old wanted to rush us through everything and I felt jipped on my experience there! I guess I will just have to go back!!

Absolutely loved the experience! Had a conference nearby and we had opportunity to stroll privately through this place. As a New Yorker who loves museums 10/10. Their private event space was amazing.

Excellent! So much to see here so plan to be here for a few hours. The right side has a bit more things to see and read than the left I think personally. Don't forget to go outside! I will be back because I know I missed some things and what an awesome National Cowboy Museum.The bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and ready to give important facts about wherever you were in the museum.Plenty of parking. They have a small cafe. Didn't eat food so cannot give an opinion. Ticket prices were good, they did offer us a disabled vet discount so that was nice.Go check this museum out!

Had a wonderful time at the national cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. Bought tickets at the gate and was able to roam around all of the exhibit. I joined a tour which covered a lot of western history involving the trappers and firearms along with some of the clothing that was worn during those, early 1900sStopped at the gift store on the way out and got a T-shirt !I will be returning for a gala, which there ballroom is perfectly suited for, very beautiful art.

Truly incredible museum with an incredible amount of history, exhibits, statuary, examples of weaponry, clothing, household and old west town every day life, Indian life, military, rodeos, art, etc... This has to be one of our top museums we've seen in America!

Was not expecting such a museum in a place such as OKC, not going to lie…I frequented many national museums in DC and I am glad I stumbled across this one. I will definitely be back to take time to soak in the entire exhibit. I highly recommend this museum if you are into these kind of places. Beautiful inside and outside.

The Cowboy Museum, as it's locally known, has made some big changes over the last couple years, and they are all for the better. The best part right now is an expanded outdoor space that honors many Native American tribes in the Oklahoma area and their stories. Liichokoshkomo' showcases a Chickasaw Council House, Hopi Pueblo homes and much more! Kids can also choose an animal guide to find drawing prompts, codes words, the sounds of the Old West and how many cowboy hats are in certain exhibits. If you haven't been to the Cowboy Museum in awhile, you definitely need to check it out! There's so many new things to see!

Probably one of the best museums in OKC for families. There is something that will interest everyone in your group. From art, to history of the rodeo to several kids activities. Been there several times and it never disappoints. Throughout the year they have large scale events such as the Chuck Wagon festival (late May) and much more. Be sure to follow them on social media for upcoming events.

This was a great museum! It covered a lot of history. There were multiple videos to watch. It has a lot of artwork and sculptures to look at. It's bigger than it looks. It took us a couple hours but could have taken longer if we would have stopped to read everything.

Enjoyed our family visit to the National Cowboy & Western Heritage museum. There is something for everyone here. I was impressed with the Art and sculpture. Others in my party enjoyed the movie and rodeo memorabilia. We spent 4 entertaining hours.I was impressed by helpful volunteer docents who gave us an excellent overview at the start and helped us learn more in the exhibits.

Amazing place! I especially enjoyed the Celtic Throne performance during the summer of 2021.

A hidden gem in Central Oklahoma. Saw Celtic Throne as they began their 2023 tour. A premier venue for musical concerts. The venue is beautiful with comfortable seats and amazing acoustics. Staff is super friendly and willing to assist. A definite must for musical performances .

Our first time to visit this auditorium, and we were not disappointed! Beautiful facility and the acoustics were great for performances. We saw the Celtic Throne, and the talent of these young adults and kids was amazing. Plenty of informed staff to help with doors, directions, history and parking. Small parking lots but the staff moved traffic in and out safely and quickly.

Loved it. Had an exhibit bringing rare Bible artifacts to be seen by Oklahoman's...Skip the religious reference if you do not believe! The artifacts are still rare examples of very old ancient civilizations.There was no cost or any asking or place where you could put a donation. I did ask ...and gave a small amount and may mail in more money donation. This is rare for an exhibition or museum not to have a place for donations where such significant things are being displayed.This exhibit dealt Seals Isaiah and Hezekiah. It goes til Aug. 19, 2018

A very wonderful place to be. I 100% recommend coming here for a concert or an event. It is very beautiful and the staff very hard working and happy. This is one of the nicest places I've ever been.

Absolutely the best show I have ever seen. The lighting was incredible along with the talent on the stage. The venue was marvelous as soon as you walked through the doors. The audience was very involved, clapping to the songs! The audience even stood up to clap after a couple performances. I would go see it again tomorrow if there was another show :)

Wonderful venue. Beautiful architecture, and great sound. Attended the Glenn Miller Orchestra presentation, and it rocked. Attended two (2) other shows (Ray Chen and Irish dancers). Perfect productions. Have updated, and increased my season tickets. You can't go wrong with Armstrong Auditorium.

A stunning building with a great auditorium. The seats were comfortable and had ample leg room. Everything was well organized and flowed well. Seemed a little pricy.

Incredible!! Such sharp, dramatic choreography. Such showmanship--every single person right down to the little peeps! We could tell they were having fun. I really loved how Jude explained about the family connections. Wow! The patriotic songs were also very stirring, and many in the audience gave them a standing ovation. It was so professional and somehow it just keeps getting better! How is that possible?! I'll be back next week!

As a teen I watched all of the old musical movies with Big Band music. The Glen Miller Band with "In The Mood" has always been my favorite. Last night at the Armstrong Auditorium with the Glen Miller Band was wonderful. The only thing missing was the dance floor. Thank you for the opportunity to cross off on my bucket list, my live big band experience. I loved it! 5 stars!

My cheeks hurt from smiling! My hands hurt from clapping! My voice gone from screaming! And my mind, soul and strength recharged from the message! What a rush! The acoustics at Armstrong Auditorium quake!! Thank you to all the crew and staff, amazing hospitality. Finding a parking spot was a delight, quick and easy being directed by traffic control through the beautiful campus both arrival and departure. Can't wait to come back!!

My wife and I saw the Glenn Miller Orchestra Thursday, April 4th at Armstrong. It was our first time with this orchestra and at this venue. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend both. The auditorium is beautiful throughout and the three giant chandeliers are beyond words. The orchestra was nothing short of outstanding and the musical selections were excellent. The only issue was that it was difficult to hear vocals due to the volume of the instruments. This was not a major issue and would not stop me from coming back. Overall it was still a great 5-star experience.

We saw VOCE8 from Great Britain. The facility is simply amazing. The opulence is stunning, you feel like you have just walked into a palace. The acoustics in the auditorium can't be beat. Thank you for a completely enjoyable evening.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Celtic Throne. The dancers and musicians were outstanding and the music and light show were exception. The grounds of the auditorium are gorgeous and well kept. The art inside is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I intend to attend more events in the future. It was throughly enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this venue!

Had a wonderful evening at the Armstrong with my husband last night. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The venue is in a class by itself, and I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. The only thing that I thought was a bit off was that the stage floor was extra dusty. But on a final note (pun intended) getting to hear the Hamburg Steinway again was such a treat. Such a joy to see a 26-year-old play it so brilliantly.

We We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel room and walk in shower were both very nice and pretty clean.The hotel staff were kind and check in and out we're easy.The Casino has a good variety of modern machines and a few of the Video poker machines.The reason for only giving 3 stars is because all of the food court restaurants, the Sushi restaurant, and the Steakhouse, were all closed for our entire stay.The only places to eat are the Grand Cafe from 6 am to 2 pm, and the Sports bar.Both the Grand Cafe and the Sports bar had good food, but on Monday night, the Sports bar didn't have a bar tender. A sports bar without a bar tender, really isn't a sports bar!Everyone told us that all of the restaurants are closed because they can't get any employees. They provide great benefits, but still can't get any employees to staff the place. It's very unfortunate, because this would be a great destination resort, if all of their restaurants were open! Even the gift shop has a sign on the door that says, by appointment only. That's crazy!We won't be back, until the restaurants open.

Probably the best casino in Oklahoma. From the outside it looks smaller than it actually is because it is probably the only two level casino in the state. Has an interesting little food court in place of the usual buffet, and a pretty nice sports bar with great and cheap pizza. The slots were not only loose, but there's a huge variety including some interesting classic games (still mostly bingo based though). The wheel of fortune game in the lobby is a treasure.

I've stopped here several times over the years and it's a beautiful casino however I've never had any luck here.. ate dinner at the sports bar and the food was delivered fast and was delicious.. service is excellent and the employees are extremely professional and nice.. plenty of truck parking is available even late at night.. just park in the back of the casino if you can't find a spot.. they also have a food court.. some guy next to me won $19,000.. good luck y'all..

Had my daughter, mom, and sis in laws birthday here. Great games. Someone in our party left with money. So that's a bonus. Great time and would go back. Good food in the restaurant that's cheap too!

For me, three stars is about the highest rating a tribal casino can receive. Perhaps if they made slot machine information/stats publicly accessible, then a five star rating could happen. That said, Grand Casino is a very nice casino. Of all the Oklahoma casinos I've visited (I have been to quite a few), it has the look and feel that most resembles a Vegas casino. It's clean, not smokey, and if I was smarter and less greedy I could walk out of there a winner on most visits. The 45 minute drive (longer during high traffic times) is definitely worth it.

Nice size gambling facility with non smoking areas. Wide variety of games. Good sports bar and grill. They have a nice non- smoking hotel with room service, a pool on the second or third floor, a spa and exercise area. The attached casino has free soft serve ice cream along with fountain drinks and coffee and tea machines. Enjoyed my visit there.

The restaurant has really good food and the price was good just wish the hours were longer being open. The food court food isn't bad either. The Mexican food station is the best. Other than that have fun losing money. I never go thinking I'm going to strike it rich. Lol

Several weeks ago we spent three days in your beautiful hotel. We won a huge chunk of change too, playing the penny slots! Everyone (employees) was so friendly. Our room was immaculate! The casino itself is awesome! The restaurants were outstanding! The free ice cream each night was delicious and appreciated. Wish someone had been working in your gift shop the 3 days we were there, but it is what is. We have no complaints whatsoever! Your rates are better than other hotels in the area.

I used to love this casino. Now never win. It feels rigged. Another lady and i were winning about a year ago . She was up 1600.00 I was up 500.00 as soon as I pulled my players card out of the machine...it immediately said DISABLED CALL ATTENDANT! That's rigged. It was hitting for an hour now curiously disabled. I've lost last 3x I've played ..beautiful place tight slots

Got a flat tire and pulled into parking lot. Went inside and 🎊🎉 amazing. I had forgotten how great it was. Funny and friendly staff. Clean restrooms. The spa has the best nail techs. I got a pregnancy massage and it couldn't have been better. The price was reasonable too.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Well equipped. They have a large buffet open varying days and hours. It's ok. Their coffee shop has above-average food and a few items are excellent. Service could be better. Their Asian cuisine restaurant has closed and will not reopen. Their signature restaurant is a Brazilian steakhouse and it is absolutely outstanding. Reasonably well equipped 2-story gaming area. Machines are Indian tight but do give decent play. A few of them break down a lot but I am told this will be addressed around August 2023. Small high limit area. Nice and well run poker room with tournaments Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

It's a fancy hotel and a casino how could you not love it! Now I've got to admit that their service is typical of any casino it's poor and you can't get a drink unless you're lucky enough to have a bar or a self-serve location. But I don't go to a casino to drink I do that at home. It's a good place to have a good time with your friends.

They’ve really upgraded the place over the last year. I like how they still have a lot of older machines. They also have a large non-smoking area upstairs that seems to go unnoticed. They should really put signs up guiding people to the area that don’t smoke.

I did not stay at hotel.I met a friend for lunch at the food court, which I love. I've tried the pizza, Chicken Alfredo, and the Mexi Bowl. All of it was very good. The lime rice at the Mexican food section is absolutely amazing. I had never had lime rice before, decided to try it and was so glad I did.Casino is very clean and lots of games. I didn't come home a millionaire but that's gambling!!!

Great parking, nice place, restaurants were mediocreonly game I played was roulette 70-80 or more chip in 1-36 and 10 times in a row it hit a number with no chips or 1 chip….? Odd???They charge a .50 per play on live games, like the house is not making any money after paying out barely anything to anyone. 🤷‍♂️Oh and it stinks like an ash tray! 🤢 both floors. Thank you

Highly recommend this and Choctaw nation if i could give Riverwind a no star review i would. This is a beautiful establishment with several dining options my only complaint is they aren’t open 24 hours except for Fri and Saturday which blows if your staying at the hotel. One thing i do like about the hotel is check out is at 11 but you can simply tell them you want to check out at noon and get that extra hour no charge

The Casino offers free drinks and ice cream to its guest.They also offer Truck Parking... so this is a Truck Driver Friendly Casino. Driving cross-country, I mainly stayed in the major chains, but wanted to give the casino resort a shot. Turned out it was a great value with a really nice room. I'm not a gambler, but I walked through the casino to get to the restaurants. A little loud and smoky, but whatever. Unfortunately, I was there on a Sunday or Monday and dining options were more limited than usual. Even so, the grilled chicken sandwich was really nice and very reasonable. While I'm not a drinker anymore, the alcohol prices were extremely reasonable as well

We stoped by yesterday, and we had a great time, lots of machines. Could use more poker machines, some fun poker machines like hot roll, split, and so many others I enjoy playing, we came out ahead and hoping the casino will invite us for an overnight stay, then we could have a co*cktail or two.

Truck stop was the usual place. Not bad, just a truck stop. The food I got from the casino was less than I was hoping for. $20 for a meager few slices of brisket and 5 slices of their version of BBQ sausage, baked beans and mashed potatoes on the side. The BBQ sauce tasted like it was half corn syrup and half tomato sauce with a few spices added. I definitely won't be getting that again.The parking lot was very well lighted and easy backing. It makes a great place to spend the night. Maybe next time I'll try the sit-down restaurant in the casino

I park my semi truck here. Play at the casino which I've had a few hand pay wins. The restaurant has great food for a very reasonable price and the portions are very nice. Haven't had the pleasure of staying in any rooms yet. But the location is great. East on/off interstate Access. People are awesome. Highly recommend if you're passing through in a semi truck or on vacation.

First time staying here and it was better than we were expecting. Very clean and excellent customer service from every employee we encountered. The food was also good although with our last minute planning we were unable to get into the steak house and spa, so make reservations ahead of time if you want to do either of these things. We didn't win big, but won enough to have 2 full evenings of game play. Prices were more reasonable than I have seen from a hotel casino in many years. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a weekend getaway.

We live in the area and thought we would try the food court at the grand. Well can tell you will not be back employees were to interested in each other and not the customers. Food was not very good, I had the brisket dinner and it was mostly fat, asked for sliced and got what looked to be chopped. When I asked about it I was told that it was sliced in a not so friendly tone.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. King size bed room, for two people. You only get two towels set (washcloth, hand and bath towel). If you want water bottles, you can buy them or bring them in.

This is a great place to stay. Quiet rooms and nice size rooms. Very quiet and great room darkening curtains. Toilet has its own room. But shower is in same room and closed by 2 pockets doors. Very comfy beds and lots of comfy blankets. We were very toasty. The side lounge room was nice. Couch and a nice desk area. Lots of lights and super bright bathroom lights. Very helpful staff.

Such a cute historic spot to stop on Route 66! This round barn has lots of history behind it, that you can read about in the museum/gift shop downstairs. And the upstairs is a must see. The ceiling looks as if it’s a woven basket, so neat! Lots of space upstairs to have an event such as a dance or wedding. The pictures would be beautiful! Definitely recommend stopping by for a photo opp and to learn a little bit!

We arrived within twenty minutes of closing. With that being said the woman working still gave all three of our kids their scavenger hunt paper, which helps to be more interactive within the building, and encourages reading about the different art pieces to help fill in the paper. We would definitely visit again to have more time to read around. The upstairs is breath taking. It's an awesome piece of history I hope continues to stay around. We were not rushed to be out, and we still got to see everything in a timely manner.

Very nice historical red barn. Right off the highway. Parking on the side of the road, and a parking lot in the back. Unfortunately we came early, and the barn wasn't open itself, but we were able to walk around and get some pictures.

If you ever wanted to see a round barn, then here she be! Inside tells the history of the barn. There are two levels to explore. The inside also has things you can buy. Parking is across the street. Basically you just pull over off the highway. Make sure and look both ways before crossing. Speeding cars might get you! Also check the hours before going in case they are closed.

Volunteers here are amazing!! They gave me maps and a lot of detail on what was nearby and accessible to visit on their portion of Route 66. Fun place to visit too, displays to look at, history, souvenirs if you need them. Best part was the local knowledge and the amazing folks to answer your questions.

Neat barn. The architecture of the roof when you're on the 2nd floor is incredible to see. They hold dances up there and you can rent the space for parties and weddings and such. I'm sure makes for a gorgeous venue. The first floor they have a thrift store as well as some history about the barn.

Always fun to see the different stops along route 66. Loved that we found the Oklahoma passport books here, as a cute keepsake. Lots of history to look through and very easy on the budget.

We went today and took a look. I enjoyed looking at all of the old items on display. Two thumbs up. You can rent the top of the round barn for a wedding reception or some type of large gathering. It's restored very well. They had ample parking. It's worth giving it a look. It's a pleasant way to look at a by gone era. My wife got her Oklahoma passport stamped, made her day.

Historical place, you must visit if you are around Oklahoma City or near by , this is one of attraction in entire route66 apart from pops 66 which is close by. Don’t forget to get a route66 passport and get it stamped and explore entire route from Chicago to Los Angeles… highly recommend…

We stopped here while we were parked at Pops a half mile down the road. the volunteer was very informative. it was very interesting to spend time walking around this place looking at yesteryear There’s plenty of room to park handicap, accessible and best of all it’s free. I would recommend this place to everybody get your kicks on route 66.

We visited the Arcadia Round Barn on a weekday in May, 2023. other than one person in the gift shop, there was no one there. The store person didn't say anything to us, so we just went about our business. We viewed the barn, but didn't know a lot about it.It is nicely built, with really nice acoustics. But we didn't stay long. The museum runs on a donation system. So maybe donate to the cause if you can. They have rest rooms in a separate building and a nice little area outside the barn.It's a nice place to visit.

Outdoor displays consist of primitive farm implements.The beautiful upstairs loft can be reserved for special events.Has alot of all farm equipment on the grounds as well as memorabilia from days gone bye inside barn. Free admission but they do ask for donations of two dollars per adult. Great acoustics inside the loft. They rent the loft for parties,weddings,family reunion.

There’s a lot to do, really see, in Arcadia. Visit the Round Barn to see all the things inside & out. There’s a map of the town with historical buildings still in existence. Further west is Pop’s where you can buy all kinds of different colored sodas, different candy, shop the gift shop, and even dine in their cafe. Food is great. Heading east out past the Round Barn is an old gas station, and old western style town, and a historical marker of the eastern line of the Oklahoma Land Run of 1889!

Worth the visit for a most unique historical perspective, a tribute to ancient city customs across the globe and Christianity. Enjoyable.

I absolutely love this place. I lived in Oklahoma for more than a decade before I found out about it and now I can't wait to go back again. I had originally gone just to see the Egyptian Mummy, I didn't know they had so many wonderful objects to share. I even picked up a souvenir at the gift shop to remember my 1st visit to the museum. A little Egyptian cat figurine.

A very neat museum. The kids kept busy with a scavenger hunt then got to open a treasure box. Extremely clean, employee was very kind and helpful!

An incredible collection of amazing artifacts right in Shawnee, Oklahoma. From Oklahoma’s only ancient Egyptian mummies to shrunken heads and beautiful art pieces, you’re guaranteed to learn so much! It’s truly a hidden gem.

An amazing and enigmatic experience it feels like a giant time machine.Much of the artwork that is here is rare beyond imagination. This museum is tucked away and has been here for 100 years.The staff are amazing courteous and professional. Really enjoyed our visit.

Although the museum is a bit small, it makes up for it with the quality of the exhibits. It is one of the hidden gems to visit in the Shawnee area.

This was a really fun little Museum packed full of world class goodies! The mummies are a main attraction of course, but there are treasures from around the world. My kids (ages 7 & 9) enjoyed the treasure hunt and opening the treasure chest with the special key, but more importantly they really enjoyed the art and the history of this beautiful collection.

Such a great little museum packed with SO many cool artifacts! We always enjoy coming here and seeing the mummies and doing the scavenger hunt.

Nice little museum. Not a whole lot to see, but what they have is really good. Great traditional Christian art work and artifacts from all over.

Affordable and easy to walk the whole length. A lovely variety of artifacts including two mummies and an additional sarcophagus. They have some wonderful paintings and they even provide several benches through out so you can sit and admire.

First-rate collection that is well displayed. It's an eclectic collection, different time frames and genres. Very accessible. The "Angels" special exhibit was lovely.

Amazing place...like a church so lovely inside, your soul soars

God is not in this place. Instead, only screams from dead, the feeling of something terrible that happened centries ago on blood stained land. While driving by it seems this building is shrouded in darkness. All respect to true Heros... Something is WAY off about this place.

It was a great place but the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting like there was actual human poop on the floor. And the stage was really small and we had 90 people when we preformed

This was the best when I was a kid and it's still the best place ever. Perfect for field trips. I was with my daughters class plus another class from her school. Then there was 2 other schools there as well but it was in Jo was over crowded. There was plenty of room to check out the different exhibits and when it came time for lunch there was plenty of room at the tables.Almost every profession in some way or another is represented at the museum and the kids are able to pretend that they are that person: firefighter with a small fire truck,dress up gear, pole and slide from firehouse to truck - grocery store with different sized carts where you can shop for food and household products then you can be the cashier and check out people and a stocker to put the play groceries back on the shelves - back of an ambulance and front of an airplane - mini courtroom - a nursery - dentist office - mechanics shop - world news room - Ronald McDonald character and friends room - a small neighborhood outside with roads, street signs, and and a park with a playground - an outdoor castle maze - and so much more. We were there for about 3-4 hours and could have easily spent another 3 hours there.

Met up with friends and their family for their New Year's Eve celebration. All of the kiddos had a blast as there is plenty to do as always, even us adults enjoyed it! 😊 We got to make our own party hats and party poppers for the big balloon drop!! All of the staff were super friendly, helpful and in good fun spirits for the celebration. Highly recommend this place if you haven't been you definitely should take your kiddos you won't be disappointed!!!! We will most definitely be visiting again and again and again! 😁 💕

Had a wonderful time at the museum so much stuff for the kids to do. Will definitely be back for another round. The kids has a blast couldn't decide which area to go to first.

We brought our 2 young children because my husband has fond memories of the museum from when he was little. Our toddler hasn't stopped asking to go since we left so I'd say it was a hit. There was fun for all ages and interests so your child will definitely find something, if not everything, to do. We all had a great time and it was worth the hour drive to spend the day there. We can't wait to come back

Lots of stations to play and explore, all of them interactive. A solid 4 hrs of fun for our 7,8 year olds. If the outside area had been complete it would be an all day outing. Note, café closed Sundays and train rides only at 3pm.

Came up to visit my granddaughter, and even though I lived down the street from this for 7 years, we have never been.My two year old granddaughter lived this place. There are so many activity stations. She hoped around from one thing to another. Operating an auto repair shop, shopping in a grocery store. Paying on a fire truck. Being a pilot. Just about anything you could think of they have.A great place to bring your kids for their birthday or a rainy day. They will love it.

We had the best time at Jasmin Moran's Children's Museum and I enjoyed it as much as the kids! Every section has multiple things to do and they are big enough where multiple kids can explore each section at the same time. It was interesting to see all the different subjects covered by these sections.I was surprised at how inexpensive it was to get in with 3 kids and 2 adults. You cant get that much fun for that price in very many places these days. If you can, be sure to take the train ride. There's a gift shop for toys & educational items and a mini-restaurant if you get hungry or thirsty.

This place is so much bigger than I expected and has hours and hours of things to do. There were plenty of staff members walking around to help and clean up. There are exhibits and play area both inside and outside, as well as a large eating area to bring lunches and a kitchen that was open with a few kid-friendly food options.Our personal highlights were the castle maze, train ride, water play area, and climbing area.My recommendation is to visit when the heat is bearable... there is plenty to do outside, but limited shaded areas to play or rest.It would also be nice if some of the exhibits were upgraded and added to... several of the areas (the classroom and grocery store are two examples) seemed to be new and up-to-date 25 years ago and haven't been touched since. Even with that, though, every exhibit was fun!One thing I want to add is that our youngest left his water bottle in the museum and we weren't passing back through the area until four days later. The staff found the water bottle and kept it for us until we returned. We were very thankful for that! It shows they really care.

Absolutely love finding these off the beaten path places! On the Route 66 highway in Warwick. An AMAZING collection!You can also see the 1st plumbed outhouse in Oklahoma. It was used at the service station where the museum now stands! Very cool.

This place is awesome. Living in both the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas for almost all of my life, I often passed by this little old building whenever I took Route 66 instead of the faster toll road (Turner Turnpike). I finally stepped in today to take a look around. A lot of old memorabilia from Route 66 and a lot of really neat looking old bikes. It is free and worth the stop to look around.

An essential stop on any Route 66 road trip. Beautiful, unusual service station, impressive motorcycle museum, and a unique outhouse out back. The museum is free, but please leave a donation, even if you're just stopping in briefly! We want this place to stay open!

We stopped in on a weekday in May, 2023. A really nice little museum. No, it is not an eat off the floor clean museum with perfect everything. This museum reminds me of your own workshop in a garage. I absolutely loved it.They have a really nice collection of motorcycles and such, that you may not see every day. There are also a lot of dirt bikes that most museums don't normally have a lot of. I viewed a lot of rare bikes that there can't be that many floating around out there.It's too bad we didn't have more time to visit. The museum runs off a donation program. So be sure to help out the cause to keep this nice little museum going.

If you are into history, especially Motorcycles you need to see this amazing Museum. It was my pleasure to support this incredible historical site.

I love this place. It's in route 66. Get your stamp for official rt 66 passport book. It's much bigger inside than it appears on the outside. I stop everyone I drive by. The owners are very nice men. They have collected an amazing assortment of motorcycles. From antique bicycles, foreign mopeds, dirt bikes and many motorcycles. Mini cycles. Even captain America's motorcycle from the movie. I couldn't even begin to tell you everything, go check it out for yourself.

After years of seeing the sign for the "Shrine for Infant Jesus of Prague" when driving from OKC to Tulsa, we finally struck out on a day trip to go visit. I can't describe the beauty of the art work we saw there as well as the overall feeling of serenity walking the grounds. They have a great little gift shop andthe people we met there were wonderful. We were also gratefulto meet the ParishPriest (wish I got his name) who gave the Rosary and Statue of St. Michael we bought a blessing. Overall I highly recommend visiting. It's a little over an hour for us but we plan on going back soon to catch Mass.Deus VultV

This was a very interesting place for Catholics and non-Catholics alike. It's very quiet and the grounds are beautiful with lots to look at; good for contemplation and prayer. The gift shop was well stocked and Cecilia was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

It was so dope! I've seen signs for it for years and finally made the trip to Prague to check it out.The monuments, statues and fountains are beautiful. The little infant statue will surprise you in a variety of places around the premises. We enjoyed walking around outside to see the playground, which is super charming and also inside, where we viewed the church, the gift shop and took in the peacefulness of the area.

Please stop by. You will not be disappointed. I can not believe this is in this tiny town in Oklahoma. Beautiful and just what my soul needed. The ladies at the giftshop are wonderful too!!!

+JMJ...Was blessed to visit this place of prayer and serenity twice when I was able to travel from Virginia to Arizona, June and October 2013. Truly a supernatural experience. My traveling buddy of June had visited once before. My own sentiments are that anytime spent in a Catholic Church, particularly, is an opportunity to be enveloped in the transcendental presence of God. God in the Presence of Jesus Christ, the Blessed Sacrament, and in the Word of God, Sacred Scripture. Whether there are people present are not, it is a time for contemplation of eternal life. It can also be an opportunity for those searching for the meaning of their temporal existence to just be in the solitude of the Church building. The Shrine also offers visitors and those who call themselves pilgrims a glimpse into a devotion which stresses the need to acknowledge the childhood of Jesus. The display of the different outfits made for the sacred image of the Child Jesus brought to my mind moments in the life of Jesus during the Liturgical seasons: Red in remembrance of Jesus's Passion; Purple that should stir thoughts of repentance and reparation for offences committed against God (Lent and Advent); White for the thoughts of pure Love and devotion for God and neighbor; Rose for the joy knowing of God's love and mercy. Visiting the Shrine can be a moment of spiritual renewal and an introduction to the supernatural. It is my prayerful hope that others will be drawn to this place of spiritual nourishment. Christians do Not do shrines or idols. But they would know that if they didn't remove that commandment from. Gods ten commandments. The 10 commandments from the KJV forbids idols and objects. And also tells us the 7th day (saturday) is the sabbath. This place is an abomination. And CHRIST is the mediator for humans. And is our salvation. Not mary! Mary is not alive. How can this place have high reviews. Catholicism is baptized paganism. The picture of a woman holding a baby started from semiramis and tammuz!

This is a great idea, more a sharing of Route 66 experiences via short videos than static displays. And the building really is the star of the show, with an incredible renovation. They are justifiably very proud of it. Really nice gift shop also.

What a neat place! Our tour guides were so friendly, and very knowledgeable. There is so much history in the building, you could spend all day in here watching videos and touching relics. We appreciate the free maps of Oklahoma and Route 66. The gift shop has some very well selected items, and unique souvenirs. Well worth the small fee. Have a bottled soda while you're there, they are cold and delicious, I'm saving my bottle as another souvenir. Highly recommended.

If you love history this place is amazing! Era of the 1930's and during World War 2 and the efforts by the residents of Chandler to save and preserve this amazing historical site. Our tour guide was Dee, she is a walking history book indeed and a big sweetie pie. You have to see this amazing Museum and watch the amazing historical videos they have. There are also refreshments avilable.

The Chandler Armory building in Chandler OK. an Art Deco military building which now houses the Route 66 Interpretive Center, a museum devoted to understanding the construction and history of Route 66 The structure is apparently notable for having the only brick outhouse in Oklahoma, complete with original French fixture.[2] It was built of local red sandstone by the Work progress administration between 1935 and 1937 as a home for Battery F, Second Battalion of the 160th Field Artillery of the Oklahoma National Guard, 45th Infantry division, and after vacation by the military in 1971 was vacant until becoming the home of the museum in 2007.[3] The building was added to the national Registry of historical places in 1992.

I popped in here a couple of days ago cause the building looked interesting. Wow, I'm so glad I did. The two people who were working there were great hosts. The store has so many route 66 things. The building has some really neat history and the museum itself is pretty cool too. I would highly recommend going here.

I did not plan a stop for the Route 66 Interpretive Center, but I'm so GLAD I did!!! I had about an hour to spare, but I believe YOU could spend 3 or 4 hours if you watched all of the films that the Route 66 Interpretive Center has on offer, and leave a HAPPY CAMPER!!! Like Me You may also spend a LOT of Money in their SHOP for some of the best Route 66 Souvenirs along the way!!!

Wonderful tour guides. The building is simply beautiful. Glad it was restored. They have antique car seats and beds from old hotels along route 66. At these were video documentaries, short clips. 1 is about 20 mins in the theater seats. Maps and info for route 66 and Oklahoma. Very informational. Plan to be here at least 2 hours if not more if you want to take it all in.

Great museum and interpretive center that will definitely increase your knowledge and enjoyment of America's Mother Road. A must stop on any Route 66 road trip. Plus, they have a great gift shop!

Dog friendly! The Route 66 Interpretive Center is an immersive experience that is best enjoyed with your SO and dog! We loved the visual histories that were delivered in bite sized segments. Especially with our dog!

Absolutely LOVE this place. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable about the animals. The animals are beautiful and sweet. It’s awesome how interactive you can be with the animals. I would definitely recommend stopping by here if you’re looking for something to do because it is fun for all ages.

This place is just absolutely amazing! It’s the perfect size to where you can enjoy everything and not be exhausted the animals seem genuinely happy and well taken care of the owner spoke with us and he truly cares and has a vision of providing proper care for all his animals. All the staff is so welcoming and informative and the animals trust them and walk right up. Everything is inclusive wheel chair accessible and little one friendly. You can’t beat the price for this great experience I highly recommend.

My parents came from Ohio and we decided to check it out. It was AWESOME!!! All the employees were so friendly, informative and helpful. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Our experience at Lost Creek was absolutely perfect. The grounds are so clean and well kept. The animals look well cared for by staff. All the employees are kind and caring. What a wonderful place to plan a visit to.

♿️ Parking lot is not wheelchair friendly due to the loose large sized gravel, however the rest of the park or adventure is wheelchair accessible with a wide paved walking path that goes throughout the entire park. Even the Reptile Barn has a wheelchair ramp located on the side of the building that enters the backside of the building. The single stall restroom is not wheelchair accessible due to a step at the threshold but is roomy enough inside that other people can assist someone physically enter the restroom. There is a large sink located outside the restroom that is accessible for individuals in wheelchairs. We highly recommend using this sink before leaving the safari to wash off animal slobber.This place is awesome and according to the owner has received a lot of upgrades and improvements since they purchased the park over 2 years ago. There are staff members located throughout the park that are able to assist you in feeding animals such as the Camel, Water Buffalo, Miniature Highland Cattle, Lemurs, and Parakeets. This place is packed with various animal species, not all the animals can be feed by the public or touched. The Baboons, Pig-Tailed Macaques, Spider Monkeys, Bobcats, Serval, Caracal, Jackal, Foxes, Porcupine, as well as other species are some of those species that are not touchable. The Reptile Barn has various snakes and lizards and a couple of the reptiles can be held with assistance from the staff. The staff member Katie was very helpful and informative and took the time to talk to us about all the various reptiles they had present as well as let us hold a baby wallaby.Best of all they have two Giant Anteaters and even offer the opportunity to feed the anteaters for an additional fee.This place was an amazing experience and was a blast to visit. The staff are friendly and helpful and the owner is involved and was very helpful. He even walked us to the restroom when we asked where it was and checked first to make sure it had toilet paper before we used it. They also have a concession stand that has some really good Snowcones with fun color changing spoons. I'd recommend the Cotton Candy flavor but the Piña Colada was pretty good as well. There is even covered picnic tables near the concession stand.

Fantastic place! Great place for both kids and adults, very interactive with the animals. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The new improvements are really nice. We had a root beer sno cone from the new food stand and it was so good!

I went last year and had a blast but let me tell you, with all of the new improvements and animals it was an even better experience this time! My sister and I will be back this summer and can’t wait!! The staff is also very kind and so informative about what they do.

This place was actually way better than I ever expected. For where they are located, I didn't really know what to expect. However, this is one the cleanest and well maintained animal facilities I have ever visited. Not only did I thoroughly enjoy my visit, but I look forward to continuing to support this facility in the future.

Fun safari. The silly animals beg for the food in your cup. You are like a god to them. Silly goats I will not feed you. You have not earned it. The emu they will get a grain. But the little pigs will earn a plate full. Tho the gates of Heaven open to the. May they return to earth inshallah. You get to hold a kangaroo too that’s pretty cool.

What a fun experience! We took our three little girls ranging in ages from 1 to 10 years old and they all three had such a blast! The workers were all so knowledgeable and super kind! We rarely had to look for anyone for help as the workers there all had stations to assist you around each corner. We got thr all inclusive package which allowed for hands on experiences! If you are wanting a fun time with the family plan kn stopping here!

The animals were amazing and we had so much fun interacting with them. Taking photos with the baby kangaroo and goat was definitely a highlight!!! A fun outing for big and little kids ;)

This place is amazing! Even better experience than the OKC/Tulsa zoos. My kids are 15 months, and 5 years. And they loved it! We were able to hold a snake, and a baby kangaroo. The staff were extremely friendly and it was obvious that they care so much about the animals and the work they do. We can't wait to be back next year!

I took my daughter and several of her friends to the Lost Creek Safari as part of her birthday party. They had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable... Not all the animals were available for viewing due to our lovely Oklahoma spring weather being as unpredictable as it can be. (Some of the animals dont handle the cooler temperatures well.) But the ones that were there are very tame and you can feed and/or pet a good majority of them... Thats the really neat part.

No words can describe how much we love this place!!!!!!! Took my neighbor's little girl on Sunday and she wore me out!!! Also, I got hugs from everyone as we went through the park!!! When we got back home, my sweet little buddy said, "Thank you for the best-ist day ever!!! My heart just melted!!!

My family went a couple years ago and it was good, but we just went again today and it was 10x better!! So much interaction with the animals, so many different types, etc. It is so worth the trip!! Great for the entire family!

Had a pretty good semester of graduate school here before transferring. I found that it felt like a “small” school but with all of the perks of being a massive Big 12 Conference member. Fun football games, some good professors (and easy classes) with a beautiful campus. Go Pokes!

OSU was home for 4 years during 2016-2020. Came from Bangladesh as a grad student, did a double MS, got married, started my first family, parents visited, experienced COVID in early 2020. All these years, always found peace and rejuvenation around the library, international mall, Colvin, CEAT and Human Sciences buildings. Would love to get back whenever opportunity presents itself!

I'm a parent and all the money we pay for dorms and they can't open a window! My son been back 3 days and sick! The building flooded last semester and has not been aired out! Are you all trying to make our kids sick? Is it a fire code violation to bolt windows shut? Believe me, I will find out. Also, make sure carts are available at all move in dates! Don't request ppl to be early and not have all the equipment needed to move. You all need to get it together!!!I said I'd find out! A student who was supposed to be moved for "Emergency" Housing has not heard anything for over a week. Housing either doesn't answer their phone or promises to call back and never does. Do better OSU, you aren't keeping your students safe, just seeing them as income.

One of my worst experiences in my entire life. As an international student, I am telling everyone to avoid this school by any cost. It is really not worth it plus they treat as an ATM, they come up with fees and they really good at it. Don’t underrate yourself and apply for better schools. Also stillwater itself it really sucks and there is literally nothing here and it’s so hot in summer and cold in winter.If you are reading this DONT COME here be careful

It's a great University. Been here for two years and it never ceases to surprise me. A wonderful world away from the rest. Best place for students to hone their skills and learn new ones. I regret to express my disappointment with my experience at Oklahoma State University. The academic support and resources fell short of expectations, with some faculty members lacking in responsiveness and assistance. Additionally, the campus infrastructure seemed in need of improvement, affecting the overall environment. The social scene was not as inclusive as hoped, and the university could benefit from more efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion. Overall, my time at OSU left me wanting more in terms of academic and social support.

I love the campus and my program, but the city is a prison if you don’t have a car. No bus or train for other cities, only university’s bus to tulsa which doesn’t work in holidays or weekends. Not All students can afford buying a car!

The grounds are. The workers are good people. The OSU Police department falsely accuses students of reckless behavior. I was wrongfully arrested placed in 24 days of incarceration within those 24 days I spent $23 hours in a cell with one hour out. Officer Justin Gordon Brianna page and William Paterson created fictitious charges saying I was stealing utility electricity wow inside the McKnight center after hours.Update: The Police Department promotes Constitutional protection for groups and or corporate activities, yet chooses to practice acts of discrimination against Consitituants of the public. It has been settled beyond controversy, the expression of any/all principles, protections, and immunities the Constitution demands from the Fiduciary Duties and Obligations each and every Public Officers, Officials, including but limited too Employees of all titles. I am American Indian, by the actions of the police department of the campus continues to go against the very dream that Martin Luther King Jr., Frannie Lou Hammer, Malik El Hajj Shabazz a.k.a. Each year OSU Hosts Special Olympics. They are so much more than just sports! We love coming and spending 3 days here. Stillwater is a nice town and OSU is the very Best

Apparently greek life here like to abuse animals. This is absolutely disgusting. As a college student myself, I am so deeply disturbed by this behavior. Thanks to Daily Mail, now we know how fraternities really operate here. If the school is as appalled as they say they are, they will shut this frat down. As someone from the midwest, I am so saddened by the death of this longhorn. I was raised never to kill an animal without a purpose to eat it or defend yourself. Farm stock should be respected. Not only was this animal tortured and abused, but it was left to rot as a joke! These kids are sick in the head, and need to be disciplined to the fullest extent both legally and academically. Anyone with a sound mind won't attend this college or donate a penny until these criminals are found and dealt with. People who abuse animals go on to abuse other humans, and thats a fact. Do better, OSU. This is disgraceful.

I am in love with this University, Its such a huge university with diverse culture and such warm hearted people all around. Truly a life changing experience it will be, if you happen to be in okstate. Go Pokes :)

Stillwater StrongI am so proud to be a part of a community that celebrates its' triumphs and sticks together in tragedy. I've seen Stillwater grow not only in population, business and industry but expand services into neighboring cities as well. Stillwater is a city that has displayed its' resilience after the Cowboys basketball plane crash in 2001 to the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade crash 2015. Stillwater has and continues to leave such great memories of what a hometown should be for me.

It was the best experience in my life! I jumped to celebrate my late husband’s first birthday gone, but hit the ground wanting to do it again! Everyone was so friendly & easygoing, it was like a big party in the hangar! Just so much fun, I’m going back for seconds in July!

My first time skydiving on 9.17.2023, and I'm so glad I went with this center. They are the BEST in the whole state! The skydive instructors were all professional, funny, and had great personalities to put you at ease if you were nervous/scared. If you follow the simple instructions they give, you will have an AMAZING tandem experience. The view from 14,000 feet is incomparable. Go skydive for yourself, your anniversary, celebrate a milestone, or just for the heck of it! I plan to go back in the near future, and I can't wait!

Postponed several time due to climate conditions at last I made it . My Instructor made me comfortable and it was a nice experience at this place.

My experience was incredible. I was very quiet and nervous but everyone was so experienced and kind that it made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I felt safe the whole time. I will 100% be back with my husband and probably will take courses to fly solo. I highly recommend OSC to everyone. Such a great and fun experience. I guess you could say Id trust them with my life 😂I also recommend getting the professional photography. The video and photos turned out great and I will always cherish them. Especially the video. Its amazing quality. Definitely worth every penny.

I jumped out of a perfectly good airplane and it was incredible.My Wife, Mom, and Dad jumped as well and we will never forget it! Mac and Colin were fantastic instructors and made sure we had a great time 😄

My experience with Oklahoma Skydiving Center was amazing! The staff made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. Great people and atmosphere. 10/10 will jump with them again!

My brother and I went here for first time skydiving and had a blast! They are really laid back here and the instructors are very friendly. You pretty much hang out in a hanger with everyone and do what you want until your turn to get harnessed up. They Have a basketball, frisbee, football, etc to keep you busy. Plenty of seating for everyone. Things for purchase if you need that. The whole diving experience is all around awesome. You get to enjoy the 15 min plane ride up and take in the views (for people that have never flown). Falling out of the plane is breathtaking (literally). Floating down once the parachute has been deployed was pretty calm and again gives you the opportunity to just take in the views. Landing can go pretty smooth if you follow the instructors directions. If you pay for the video or stills (highly suggested) you can remove your experience and show others how much fun it can be. If you're thinking about going skydiving, I highly recommend coming here if you're in the area!

This was my first and what I thought would be last time skydiving. I surprised my boyfriend for his 40th birthday with an activity I told him I would never do in a state we’ve never been to. My instructor was beyond amazing with my anxiety about the jump and I felt safe throughout the entire process. Boyfriend’s instructor was amazing and let him get a little crazy with the steering. They were great at reading our individual needs and allowing for personalized jumps. When we arrived and checked in we were told that unfortunately we had to use the smaller plane which could not accommodate the photographer/videographers I reserved. They offered the alternative of the instructor GoPro with some merch and it was honestly perfect. We were in a small plane which made the experience that much more intimate for us as a couple jumping for the first time. This was the most amazing thing I have ever done and would most definitely do it again…maybe from the higher altitude next time!

Best time ever!!!! My uncle Griffey took me there when I was 16 and I’m 46 now. I’ve made several jumps with OSC in the past and will definitely be back soon. This was for my son’s 21st birthday and he absolutely loved it!!!

The whole experience was great. All of the staff were tentative and friendly. The guys who we jumped with were high energy and definitely added to the experience. I have no complaints and I plan to come back!

My husband and I recently went skydiving. Our experience could not have been better! The instructors we went with were so nice, answered all our questions, pointed out all the safety features and explained what we would experience. The actual skydive itself was thrilling! I highly recommend Oklahoma Skydiving Center! This was my first time skydiving and they made the process go extremely smoothly. My tandem instructor, J Rod, made me feel incredibly safe the entire time and was very supportive throughout the process (as was everyone else)! The videographer captured amazing footage and pictures and was well worth the cost. This was an unforgettable experience and I'm so happy that I chose them for my first skydive! 11/10 recommend

Me and a friend went skydiving today, and we loved it so much! It was our first time ever going. I want to go back soon. I felt very comfortable and safe with the staff. 10 out of 10!!!Andy and Mac were our skydiving instructors. Great job, guys👏👏👏Also you can wear a skirt without any problem!!

People were great.. We enjoyed visiting with the divers. They know how to make you feel relaxed and talk to through everything. Words cant explain what jumping out of a plane feels like. Both my husband and myself felt very comfortable with our divers. Pics are a bit expensive but we enjoyed our dive.. Some divers do better taking pics than others but all in all it was a very friendly place and it was a great birthday event!

It was a dream of my son to go skydiving since early childhood now I may never be able to get him to stop. We showed up with a rather large group and had a ball. The people who are so nice and friendly and we really enjoyed the day.

This was the best experience. From check in to landing everyone was professional and friendly. I felt safe and well informed every step of the way. Andy was beyond amazing. He ensured I understood everything and put me at ease with his constantly checking my equipment. The video guy was great- he kept me calm during the altitude climb. The video he captured was so good. I would recommend OSC to anyone wanting to skydive.

This was absolutely an amazing experience! This was first jump with OKC Skydiving Center, but my second jump in general, and let me tell you, this was better than the first!!The booking and check-in process was very quick and easy. They are good with timing, so I did not have to wait long for my jump.My instructor Jrod was very friendly and made the experience really fun.I would definitely recommend this place and would do 18000ft jump next time when it's warmer :)Thank you everyone was this breathtaking experience!

Very clean.in pet friendly cabin so very basic. No rugs etc. Needs a table with lamp in living room. Ceiling light very bright. Thankfully had a few paper coffee cups. Very nice area.

Can I just say we cannot wait to return to this state park!!!! I can honestly say that this park we were so impressed with...it is BEAUTIFUL and SO WELL TAKEN CARE OF! You can tell that the employees, park rangers, and camp hosts take pride in their jobs and roles because everything was so well-maintained, the signs were so clear to let us know where to go and how to find things, and we continuously saw park rangers driving around making sure that everyone was safe and respecting the park, wildlife, and rules! My husband and I also realized that the time to come to these state parks is April- the weather is gorgeous, not too hot, and the place is nearly empty! We stayed in Lake Country and there were about 6 other campers/RV's in the whole area for this part of the state park. And- we were all spread out so we had little sections to ourselves.I have to say I was sad that not everyone follows the rules to clean up after themselves and their pets, but this was mostly prevalent down by the lake where people come for day use/not camping. There was garbage- empty cans and wrappers on the beach area and dog poop not cleaned up by others. However, again, this is where the day use occurs.For the campsites- the bathrooms and showers were SPOTLESS! I saw employees cleaning these on a daily basis. In addition I am not sure how often the dumpsters are emptied but we were very impressed that the garbage bins and dumpsters were not overflowing.The dump station is clearly labeled from the road and also very well maintained.Just so impressed with this state park and can't wait to revisit!

Nice State Park. The restrooms are clean and well stocked. Some of the RV sites are really packed in tight. The fishing is good, though there's several other lakes within an hour drive with better fishing. There isn't much in the way of trails, or hiking, but the Keystone Ancient Forest nearby is a good place for that. All in all, this is a nice little place and I'd recommend it.

Very nice campground. The lake is beautiful. Off road park near by. Boat rental near by. Lots of primitive camping. Our 38 foot motor home fit great in most spots with full hook ups

We stayed in Red Carpet B area. I won't share the spots because we loved them! Barbecue grill, fire pit, and picnic tables on the sites. These sites are primitive and some have water views.Playground and bathrooms/showers are available. Decent bathrooms, but the ladies room ran out of soap half way through day. Most likely because a tour bus was using the pavilion which was still quiet. I would not use the showers, but that's me. Trash cans and water spouts are also around for use.Each campsite has a makeshift trail down the hill to the rocks on the water. BEWARE there is a lot of poison ivy/oak.From this area the swim area is a short drive to Lake Country area for day use.Camping areas must be reserved prior to set up and Park Rangers do enforce this. Stop at office as you must have a parking pass even for swim area.This was a great area that we will definitely use again. The boats on Friday night partied a little late as to noise, at the same time it was great music lol.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay in the cabins and the staff that work hard in the office and cleaning crew. The cabin was clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. The area is quiet and wildlife is abundant. My dogs were welcome and it was definitely a positive experience. I’ll recommend this place and stay here whenever I get the chance. The staff in the office are knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate, they keep communication open in case you need it and I could not thank them enough for all their help.

Keystone Campground has a direct view of the lake from almost all of the sites! The bathrooms and showers are private which is the safest I’ve felt!! We had a great time camping and will return next time we’re visiting family in Oklahoma.

We went for a friend’s wedding and stayed at a cabin. It was a wonderful experience! There is a “general store” right as you come into the park and that’s where you check in and get your keys. They have a few essentials like water, soda, pantry item etc. They also have souvenirs like cups, hats- stuff like that. The 2 ladies that were there were phenomenal. They were so friendly and helpful! The cabin was perfect for what we needed it for. It was very clean (thank goodness) and had nice accommodations. We only stayed 2 nights, but we will definitely come back for a longer visit. Highly recommend if you want to getaway and unplug, but still appreciate a walmart/food places about 10 mins away.

A nice getaway for family and friends with RVs needing some nature therapy. There are several RV spots with power and water, and each site allows for a tent as well.Depending on availability, you have sites near or further away from the lake/boat ramp. Each RV site also has a picnic table, firepit and charcoal grill.There are cabins for rental if you needed some creature comforts while still being near to trails or lake activities like fishing ot canoeing.The (warm/hot) shower and toilet facilities are new and kept clean. No fighting or waiting to use your RV shower/toilet.

Fell in love with the views from post oak campground. Has two small trails inside if you are in the mood for morning jobs or walks. The campground was clean and very less crowd. The RV park was crowded on the other hand. The restrooms were decent. We got to spot Lot of deers running around at night. The shelters areas had group picnic spots which had a good shaded area where you can hangout and cook if you are just in the park for the day. Lot of people had come in to fish and kayak that Sunday evening

We went here in early October. We did not swim but there was a beach. Clean bathrooms with hot water and AC. You can hear a train off and on but not too bad. Close to some ORV trails that my husband thought were great. Cell service was good with Verizon.

Family friendly and not far from all amenities. Sand Springs is only 15 minutes away. Grounds are very well kept, bathrooms and showers are clean. Park staff at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. Main roads to camping areas are wide and well maintained. Good location for biking and walking the trails.The only negative I saw were the roads in certain camping loops needing attention.

Great park. Park is clean and obvious improvements have been made. We like this park as it is close to friends we want to visit. I have one wish for this park. Extend the site pass for the pull through RV sites to 40-50 feet. All their sites are 30” or less and pad has a lot of broken concrete. My camper is 43” and picked a site I could fit in. Entry to pull through section needs to be leveled out as my rear bumper drug the asphalt. Park was made when campers were not as large as they are today.Even still we have now stayed here a total of 3 times for somewhere around 35 days in summer.Fantastic lake, great playground, new bathrooms and showers. Very nice job Oklahoma State Park system.

Very nice Park to take your family and that's just what we did we picked one of the many available picnic tables It was near the edge of the lake we enjoyed fishing and swimming and grilling they had a couple of shops where you could get clothes snacks fishing bait and supplies souvenirs your fishing license and parking passes and other items my family caught quite a bit and variety of fish the grandchildren really enjoy themselves especially swimming overall we had a great time and we'll be back soon

We came to Keystone and was impressed that there was a park and a swimming area, it looked extremely fun. We did end up leaving and going to a different part of Keystone due to it being extremely crowded. We went to the Overlook and it was gorgeous. We set up a picnic and watched the fireworks! I can't wait to go back.

Definitely will not be going back. Flies were HORRIBLE! WE spent over 35.00 in fly bags and probably killed 30-40 thousand outside and that didn't include what got in the door when having to open. The grass had not been mowed 2 weeks per other campers that we met while setting up for our 12 day stay. Now shelter areas and tent areas were mowed and drive into park was mowed on sides but not RV hookup sights. We will be leaving tomorrow and they are just mowing. Another guest had also put fish guts in trash cans but they didn't have them replaced with cleaner ones at least. I have several pictures but no where to post. To stay the least don't think this is a place to come back to😥 We were told they had 700 acres to maintain not sure how Sequoyah State Park does such an amazing job and have more to deal with. I will say that the Pier 1 marina restaurant staff is amazing and kind and the food is also yummy.
